यह तरीका बोहत पुराना है । मगर अब इससे ज्यादा कारगत और आसान तरीका इस्तेमाल होता है। क्योंकि इस तरीके में आटा सड जाता है और समय भी बोहत ज्यादा लगता है। लेकिन अब जो तरीका इस्तेमाल होता है उसमें वक्त भी कम लगता है और आटा सडता भी नहीं है। बस आधा कप गुनगुने पानी में एक एक चम्मच तेल, दही, सक्कर, और मीठा सोडा मीला कर ४ घंटा रखदो, यीस्ट तैयार।

Malede mein bacteria ka khamir hota hai, yeast ka nahin. 😊😊😊
