Please someone tell the guy (i do not know his name) that he looks good and he just needs to do strenght training with heavy weights and eat more protein than carbs if he wants to change his appearance. I think he looks great the way he is now and i feel like that was cruel of those people to say. God bless.
She shouldn't be giving a lecture right in the middle of a rush and telling him "why cant you focus? Are the mistakes intentional? Stop making mistakes, train him better" those comments arent necessary but just nagging. She should be saying please make sure your station is all set up like towels are important and CAN YOU focus on these now? Please think about whats priority and newbie can you cook this. Her and main chef need to give better instructions and know how to actually train people. Being strict and mean picky doesn't make employees learn much better. And I've seen a lot of her videos. She NEVER compliments them
Diet culture is toxic Eating healthy and exercising is key to long-term health; he should find a healthy outlet to relive extra stress and eat healthier alternatives to the unhealthy food he consumes. His weight will yo yo back and forth if he doesn't do this, and your parents genetic body type also effects you, so you need a tailored approach to losing weight the healthy way, not the fast way, which will leave your body lacking basic nutrition. South Koreans don't eat enough fruit as its expensive, but if he substitutes his sweet cravings with fruit, he will not gain weight. And exercise in a way that makes you feel good.
This is a variety show where Korean bosses go through self-examination to create a better working environment for their employees. There's absolutely no encouraging/motivational words being said to the employees. All i see and hear from these bosses are them oppressing and abusing their employees all for the boss to make tons of money. None of these bosses are professionals at all. The show needs to be canceled.
There's a point where i do feel the emotion as the boy worker who eats a snack, he is feeling stress and need to relieve it if it weren't for the chef keep yelling out he wouldn't eat the snack, and yes this is hard work forced out to do something and u do it for free without payment for the work digging potatoes i mean bonus different with the wages they receive for cooking in restaurant
@@chavaxyael You allowed a heavily edited and heavily dramatized reality television show from the Korean entertainment industry to influence your real, human feelings about something. If you think this show is actually out to give you an actual portrait of someone’s professional life rather than getting you to react for entertainment purposes, you are a bit oversensitive. I mean, really, everyone even admits to playing all of this up for the screen. I don’t know how people like you feel legitimately swayed by this
Looking forward to see Taeguk join season 2 of culinary class wars 😂😂
Who came up with that thumbnail 😭😂 I see you're a person of culture as well 😏

She is so inspiring - looking at her work and story makes me want to emulate her drive. She gives nothing comes easy new meaning to me
