I have run this class for the last 3 years & for the past year I discovered your TH-cam channel! Love your videos, we do mostly the 60 minute ones, but lately the 10,000 step ones. Occasionally, I will group some of your shorter ones together. We do this 3x a week, 50-80 year olds ❤ Keep up the videos, we really appreciate you! We live in Hemet, California 🎉

I love these recent 10 minute workouts that focus on strengthening one area of the body at a time. The other one I've been doing is the 10 minute workout with hand weights, as I'm really trying to work on my flabby old arms, lol. These workouts are short enough to do without feeling exhausted or overheated or sore the next day. They're so easy to fit into my schedule, and I feel great afterwards!
Your enthusiasm is infectious as was the reminder at the end to SMILE as we begin each day. This was an effective investment of ten minutes, and just the right amount of time for these aging abs. Enjoyed the knee repeaters for one leg challenges while working tummy muscles. Hearing today's music was like being hugged by an old friend. Loved this one and loved the yellow theme! And you even had a yellow phaleanopsis. A yellow orchid conveys happiness joy and strength (my Dad used to grow them) 🧎🏻♀️➡️❤️😊

Hi! I often buy Puma shoes at the Puma outlet store. For indoor workouts, I like using shoes with very little tread (to avoid tripping or catching on carpet). I find Saucony also has good shoes that work well for indoor workouts. When it comes to outdoor walks, having good tread is important to prevent slipping.

Hi Susan, for the walking portion, you can choose whatever pace feels right for you (no need to jog). Let me know what you mean by 'cardio burst' and then I'll see what I can do to create what you're hoping for.

Our family is from Lee county Virginia and some lived in Tennessee. My husband’s family, though many of them look Middle Eastern. They are Irish according to their last names. It’s very confusing because no one really knows his cousins look like many other people in the picture show, but my husband has blue eyes and brown hair and fair skin like the Irish part of his family.
Is working out with a weighted hula hoop good for flabby abs too? Love your workouts! Love my hula hoop, too, so if you have any hula hoop workouts (or know of any good ones), please let me know. I am 68 and can do 1000 reps without dropping the hoop. It gets boring just doing that. Would love a routine.

It's so hard for me to NOT hold my breath when flexing my abs. I am trying to be mindful, but it's sadly difficult for me. Any helpful hints to overcome this terrible practice of mine? I have to breathe, lol!
Great feedback. Anytime you think of the 'crunching' motion, breathe out as you flex the abs. It just comes with practise and reminding yourself as you flex.

I blow out my breath when the abs contract and let my inhale come naturally from the next move.
