FYI: California has two common plates, the first one is the white plate white blue numbers and a red California at the top, which you see 85% of the time, but the second common plate that you will see sometimes and can almost confirm California if you see both, is the black and yellow plate. Dude, what a start with that Luzon plonk 😎
Once again, great guesses, but apart from that, you continue to play the game in a manner that really seems to match both your philosophy around geoguessr and your personality. Always positive, both excited about and interested in the locations on screen and the essence of the game itself😊
Other GG content creators sometimes tend to focus on the more negative aspects of the game, like clitches, potential/possible cheaters, design aspects, guess shaming etc. - which is fine and just a different approach...just one i can't identify with and don't enjoy as much, personally.
Your approach tho is right up my alley, which makes every video so enjoyable and so "root-for-able"

13:10 Every state has a default plate and then they also offer other designs if you pay more so it could have been one of those or a traveller. Theres hundreds of different plate designs in the U.S. and people in the U.S. travel a lot so honestly its hard to tell. Alaska, New York, Florida, California and Virginia all have plate designs that could look like that and I'm sure there's more that can look like that that I dont even know about.
