@@efrainv7602 dont be scared- good tip is if you do it alone is to cut wrap out for the piece you need that then remove it in corner, cut it and seal it at that corner- you can also cut the backing slowly, you will secure like I sayd and then you will cut the backing in the middle, so you will have to deal w only part of the wrap sticking, check out CK, he has some good pro tips

when using hexis wraps you should always heat it up to 90 Degree celsius when stretching it a bit more or going through tough curves so the wrap itself resets, that way the wrap gets a new "standard position" so when stretching it again and heating it will shrink into the new form and not the old form it had before you started.

There shouldnt be wrinkles period... you are over relying on the heat gun which is resulting in the wrinkles....also Hexis has great colors but not to good for beginners ....i would suggest Arlon for beginners or 3m its really good and forgiving as terms of air release and lifting up if you make a mistake.

I would love to change the interior color (but not the seats - OK with the black leather there). Wanting to know how difficult it would be to change some of the hard plastic surfaces via wrapping.

You can wrap over the paint most vinyl can be removed without interference with your original paint job and your original paint shouldn’t interfere the adhesion of the vinyl
Nice work. I would say where you messed up.. it would look better if you just cut that little piece out and did an overlay.. Maybe, even carbon fiber or something for a bit of pop... Or, just the same color..

One thing I would add. If you haven't done it before, start with the smaller pannels to get some practice.
I’d suggest not leaving the heat gun on the hood. If you bump it, the hot part of the gun could melt the wrap. Be careful. 👊🏻

For little holes like the vents on the hood. Heat from the front of the vinyl then pull from the back with a vacuum👍🏻

I doubt this would make it easier. Having the doors and fenders on the car is a much better position that having it laid on the ground.
Almost every good wrapper I have seen do not remove these things except for the emblems and door handles.

I suggest to use shampoo.before you attach that vinyl aply shampo to the survace.and trust me that will help you

Best is 2 guys hold it tight and a 3rd guy starts wrapping from the mid outwards to avoid pretty much any bubbles or wrinkles.
