Bro. THANK YOU. These amateur install series videos are super helpful, because you're showing the issues and incorrect techniques that a typical inxperienced installer like most of us will encounter when doing our first wrap. Would love to see more of these. Shot out to your apprentice for being a good sport!
Is hard to be a student as first wrap as we see, but he also as a teacher to learn how to teach the student and how to restrain himself to not touch the car instead of doing himself because if he is doing himself the student will not learn anything but if he just film and explain technique and let the student do it is much better.. So yeah great lesson both learn something : Paradox how to teach and student how to wrap !
This guy is very fortunate to be learning from somebody that quite literally learnd from scratch Paradox is a very well-known NorCal wrapper I love the work he does and I can't wait to do the same exact stuff to my car
The other people demonstrating beginner wraps are just informative. Man... this is highly entertaining, I can't stop laughing cuz you guys start cracking up over stupid stuff. It's just really funny and I enjoy the enthusiasm, but definitely mistakes I'll probably make too. Great work both of you!
I think he done an amazing job for his first solo job I’ve seen people do slap your work that’s been doing it for 5-6 years be sure to post his third care that he does it. it’ll be exciting to see how good he gets just off of 3
This helps alot im thinking of wrapping my vehicle this summer ive probably watched 20+ videos on it but this is the first to mention wrapping horizontaly with the car, really made a difference to the wrinkles
i thought that wrapping would be easy, i was mistaken. it took me roughly around 1 hour to wrap my e90s taillights for the first time ever. the surfaces were almost flap except the corners those were so damn hard ! mad respect to you guys from Toronto Canada
Pro make it look easy but I'm a amateur and I can safely say its very difficult when first starting a lot of mistakes but that's how we learn I suppose great job buddy
Fella should've just used the squeegee. Some of us don't have giant bear thumbs to help us. haha I realize it's a year old, but thanks for the upload. I've always been one to do my own work on my own cars, and I've become interested in wrapping. Really can't watch enough of these videos, and wrapping in itself is very satisfying. Like pressure washing an old porch making it look new again.
I'm no professional by any means, but one thing to note is you should never heat the start of your tac line and then pull it like he did on the rear corners. That will create the lines and white/see-through stretch spots, Always careful pulling after heating!
Thanks for the videos really learning a ton and also knowing exactly what I'm getting myself into lol. Going to get the midnight purple for my lady's four door cobalt see how it goes
I’m binging wrap videos because I’m wrapping both my cars lol I bought the vinyl already and am just crossing my fingers I can do it. I started with a few interior pieces just as a warm up. We’ll see how bad I do 😂
thx for the video Paradox, these videos give us newbies a fair idea of what issues we will run into, anyway, still trying to decide on whether I should wrap my car DIY, as I am someone who struggles with putting cling wrap on my left over food........... 😅
Man, I need to get to editing the videos of my 1st wrap to show the mistakes and struggles I went through. The focus is done, s10 is next.. then del sol
Man I'm too nervous. For one you want it too turn out awesome and 2 you don't want to waste expensive wrap your using. Like you said you have to do a few like anything else in life. 👍👍👍💯🙏
I believe it’s harder when u working on it , u should learn the techniques. Glad u let him try for the second time , he will be ok once he knows where to start and wat to do next. All the best , love to watch u guys
Glad I saw this scrolling. What is the prep b4 wrapping? Should you clay clean your car b4 wrapping? What is cost of tools, products and wrap? Do you have a start to finish video? I'll definitely subscribe but for more$$$ I'll need answers. You do great work!!!
Love the vids currently doing my research before buying a roll and wrapping my car, from knowing nothing your vids give me the confidence to start a journey into the wrapping business
Great vid! I have the itch and want to wrap my car myself. 2 main questions: 1) how do you determine what to remove off of the car before putting the wrap on, and 2) if there is a slight dent in the slide panel, is it necessary to fix? Thanks in advance for any advice, but if you don’t get to respond thank you anyway for the great videos!
body parts can get bigger as you age, but it depends on lifestyle factors. growth hormone will taper off around 50s and drop entirely into late 70s. it's effects are cumulative, so over time body parts will be bigger towards the later end of life. once growth hormone production stops entirely, then people will begin to shrink
Been thinking about trying to wrap my 2014 Toyoda Corolla. I've always wanted a car irl in the Wine red color on GTA V. I saw a car on the highway with that color and I was just like I need that, and that's how I found out about wrapping cars. The only big problem I have right now is that I have to park my car outside with no shade basically all the time. At work and at home. So the UV damage will be a real problem. Tempted to wait till I get a house and then I can park in a garage. Probably would be the smart thing to do.
Give the kid a wrap glove 🧤 would def help him out. And show him how to hold the squeegee the right way he keeps holding it and squeegeeing backwards/upside down, lol he’ll get there tho. Good job Vlad!! but as always Great video Paradox!!! 🔥💯
this is so awesome! i tried wrapping my old ML500 Mercedes and i FAILED!! i thinkg i had some cheap wrap. what Brand of wrap do you use? i want to try again.
Okay I’m gonna be honest I work all week and only get time on the weekends, and I don’t have a garage either, but first time I tried wrapping my fender I messed up when I was about 75% done, tore it all off and went back the next day did it in 1 hour, went next weekend the other side in 20 minutes, then I did the hood the next day and it took me about 30-45 minutes. But I only have my two fenders and hood wrapper atm I took a break bc of winter and I am now seeing slight imperfections like cutting too close to the edge and a little bit of over stretching on the first fender, mistakes noted for the next time I go and wrap it
Got to heat the whole panel your lifting before stretching he kept stretching it without heat. Heat warms the vinyl which will help you with those stretch marks.

Not that I know anything about wrapping but watching him wrapping make me realize how paradox makes wrapping looks so easy
Takes lots of practice to know what to do the make it look easy lol
The other people demonstrating beginner wraps are just informative. Man... this is highly entertaining, I can't stop laughing cuz you guys start cracking up over stupid stuff. It's just really funny and I enjoy the enthusiasm, but definitely mistakes I'll probably make too. Great work both of you!
What a Gem lesson...I would pay to do a side by side with you..great content!!
Paradox is the man to go to when learning how to wrap. The Master of wrapping. Overall, the kid did a good job wrapping. 👏
I can't see myself do any better on my first time. Looks good Vlad.
Just saw this.
I'm planning on wrapping my fk7 too with no knowledge of wrapping. I'll probably be in the same show as him. Great job
I think he done an amazing job for his first solo job I’ve seen people do slap your work that’s been doing it for 5-6 years be sure to post his third care that he does it. it’ll be exciting to see how good he gets just off of 3
the man to understand the techniques required to wrap a car, just purchased my roll it’ll be here tomorrow or the next, soo excited!
How’d it go bro?
Right on Vlad, practice test your patience to your breaking point,
just take your time follow directions and you'll be like Dox!!😁😁well
almost..LOL😂😂
This is so cool. I’m looking at wrapping my own car as well. I’m so glad I found your videos
This helps alot im thinking of wrapping my vehicle this summer ive probably watched 20+ videos on it but this is the first to mention wrapping horizontaly with the car, really made a difference to the wrinkles

Paradox you make it look so easy!!!! When a rookie does it you can see how good someone like you or CK is.
2:43 LMFAOOO
Good luck on future works Vlad, and remember all masters start as beginners.
Very interesting. But my OCD could never handle this type of work. Thank you guys for having the patience and skills for doing it.
Pro make it look easy but I'm a amateur and I can safely say its very difficult when first starting a lot of mistakes but that's how we learn I suppose great job buddy

A couple blunts in and a corona and the wrap job was perfect can’t wait to finish my car
That’s motivating 😂 ima light one up and start
I think this the guy did a phenomenal job for his first time. Most people wouldn't notice in perfections unless he pointed them out.
Honestly, the beauty of the house in the back has more impact on me than the beauty of the car wrap.
I'm no professional by any means, but one thing to note is you should never heat the start of your tac line and then pull it like he did on the rear corners. That will create the lines and white/see-through stretch spots, Always careful pulling after heating!
awesome.....im next ....this was great to watch ...im about to try it on my 1980 elcamino
Thanks for the videos really learning a ton and also knowing exactly what I'm getting myself into lol. Going to get the midnight purple for my lady's four door cobalt see how it goes
“ you got little ass thumbs…. what the hell “ 😂😂
😂😂
Great job for your first wrap. From 10 feet away no one will see your mistakes😊
I’m binging wrap videos because I’m wrapping both my cars lol I bought the vinyl already and am just crossing my fingers I can do it. I started with a few interior pieces just as a warm up. We’ll see how bad I do 😂
How did It go? I’ve wrapped other things before like kitchens but I feel like a car is a different ball park I’m petrified 😂😂😂
it really is man id suggest to practice on your rear taillights, took me 1 hour first time wrapping a black film tint @@Nah957
It’s been a MONTH what’s the progress!!!!??
This is very helpful. I have a wrap on my hood that came with the car and its getting all cracked up so now im gonna try replacing it myself.
thx for the video Paradox, these videos give us newbies a fair idea of what issues we will run into, anyway, still trying to decide on whether I should wrap my car DIY, as I am someone who struggles with putting cling wrap on my left over food........... 😅
You have the best "TEACHER" 🥰
Man, I need to get to editing the videos of my 1st wrap to show the mistakes and struggles I went through. The focus is done, s10 is next.. then del sol
Little mistakes but he did a great job for his first time. Car looks great! Thanks for this video.
It’s so much more helpful if a new person does it
Wow that’s not easy, wish I had that guy here in Sydney teaching me.
I'm about to wrap my roof today. This made me anxious.
no freaking way you still work a job and your one of THE toughest wrappers on YT
Yeah I work an office job in the daytime
Man I'm too nervous. For one you want it too turn out awesome and 2 you don't want to waste expensive wrap your using. Like you said you have to do a few like anything else in life. 👍👍👍💯🙏
I actuallu feel more confident trying this because it was like sitting in a tutoring session.
I believe it’s harder when u working on it , u should learn the techniques. Glad u let him try for the second time , he will be ok once he knows where to start and wat to do next. All the best , love to watch u guys

I think it’s great you’re willing to teach. Not many people have patience for that. God bless.
Love the vids currently doing my research before buying a roll and wrapping my car, from knowing nothing your vids give me the confidence to start a journey into the wrapping business
Wrap glove is a very good tool
He did an amazing job, wouldn’t have seen the mistakes if u wouldn’t have pointed it out I like the color

I feel his frustration and I don’t even wrap lol
YOU CAN DOOOOO IITTTT!!!
The carpenter way. Measure twice cut once. You will get there.
Good lesson video, Paradox!
Thank you for these videos. It is extremely helpful
Still looks great 😊
Thanks man 🎉 more amateur series ❤
Great job Guy.
Got to heat the whole panel your lifting before stretching he kept stretching it without heat. Heat warms the vinyl which will help you with those stretch marks.
the akatsuki cloak in the back😭😭😭
Very interesting and useful video. Thanks a lot!
vlad can do it....
Man I wish I had you to teach me how to wrap. I wanna wrap my own car but I'm not confident enough to try it.
This was super helpful. I learnt a lot from this, especially how/where to pull
13 min in and WOW how did he not lose his cool. The kid needed more than help 🤣
I did body/rust work and wrap my car outside in the wind in one week.
This pained me to watch. My mans awkward lol. But…. Glad to see it done. Good job 👍🏻
