- In today’s vlog we check into Sapphire Falls, we walked over from our Volcano Day day, I’ll link that vlog down below if you haven’t seen it yet. We had so much fun! The walk wasn’t far at all and it was pretty scenic, which was nice. Then we show you the lobby area before heading up to our room for the tour. We stayed in the Sapphire Suite, which is a one bedroom suite with dining room, living room and a wet bar. After the tour we order some room service and talk a little bit about what TV shows we’re watching right now. We hope you had fun hanging out with us today! Forgetting the bacon on your burger was an honest mistake! If I was fulfilling an order with a vegan patty that had bacon on it, I would assume the order was put in wrong and I would not put bacon, because I know that could completely ruin the meal for the customer. It is worse (in a Vegan/Vegetarian's eyes) for the bacon to touch the burger period and they would likely not want to eat it. I guess they could have put the bacon on the side if they were unsure though.

I wanted to tell you guys my husband and I took our 19 month old on a staycation last week to the Monarch Waldorf Astoria here in So Cal and watching all of your staycations with Jackson made me feel so confident! We were super lucky and got upgraded to a room with a huge bathroom/ huge walk in closet so we were able to set up his crib, sound machine, and monitor in the walk in closet! As you know, bedtime is around 6:30-7 at this age so we lucked out and were able to hang out in our room without worrying about our sleeping toddler! Thank you for showing us how to do these staycations with our little ones!

@@jdrew5367 We call that chipped sandwich meat. Our deli knows if you want the meat sliced so thin it falls apart to called it “chipped” slices.
Considering your room has a double door and such a large shower, I believe your room is also a wheelchair-accessible room. That would also explain the large vestibule.

It was fun running into you there! My family and I (16) of us stayed at Sapphire Falls! It was such an amazing time!!! Wonderful hotel!
The reason for a spacious vestibule is to bring in the suitcases, luggage cart or baby stroller into the room without taking a lot of room for people to move in and out. Because the room sleeps 4 people, the large space is needed by the door I guess. I’m just an interior design student and that what I thought about at first :)

Sapphire Falls is hands down my favorite resort ever! My home resort is Port Orleans Riverside, but something about Sapphire Falls is so atmospheric and amazing!

with the vestibule and wet room, it looks like it was going to be an accessible room but then it didn't have enough width. lovely length, but Id struggle in my chair.

We stayed here about 5 years ago when the resort first opened and because it was still under construction in some areas, we were able to snag a similar room for $150 a night! We loved it. The pool area and water shuttle was great.
Thanks for showing this room. I'm loving it. I was sold on the master bath. I'll be visiting Universal next year. I'll keep this hotel in mind for a couple night stays.
I absolutely love the tracker staycations whether it be at universal or Disney
Are you staying in an accessible room perhaps? Most vestibules are made that big and empty if a customer needs wheelchairs or EVC. Also could be the reason for the extra large bathroom with the walk in shower. It looks as though the room is pretty spacious to allow easy passage around everywhere. Thanks again for the awesome video Tracker Family!

I love that Loews is so pet friendly esp cat friendly!! It is very difficult traveling with a cat in that not many places are cat friendly :( thank you for this info Tim and Jen!!

Too funny. I had just told my hubby how i love that lamp and how it kinda reminds me of Charlie Brown. Then Tim said the same. We both cracked up. Also we are moving cross country and in every room have commented on how impressed Tim would be with the amount of USB plugs

It's cool that not only the hotel is pet friendly, they also have some pet supplies available for your furry friend 💜
And cats CAN travel, people just don't usually travel with them as much as they do with dogs. You can maybe train your cat to be on a leash or harness, or just travel with them by having them in their pet carrier.

We were at Mesa Verde hiking two weeks ago. Two guys had those clear backpacks for pets (with their cats inside) on the hike!!.... So people do travel with their cats. lol.

Wow it looks like a super nice hotel and it looked so beautiful and big!!! That room is AMAZING!!! I love all the space and the bathrooms I loved that colorful mirror and that view is super beautiful!!! And wow such a tiny sink lol!!! The food looked really good and dang forgot the cheese and bacon hopefully next time they will get it right! And that is so cute they include dogs and cats with the room service menu haha!!! But Sapphire Falls Resort seems to be really nice!!!

I will say that it really depends on the cat that's travelling. My late orange tabby drove with me all the way from Miami Beach, Florida to Manhattan, Kansas when I started veterinary school. He hated being in a carrier, but was great in the car when given free roam. I had his litterbox set up for him in the backseat so he could go when he needed to, and he was always happy to cuddle up in a hotel room at the end of a long day of driving. Miss that little dude 😺

We had to evacuate due to an A/C leak flooding part of our home, and we did with our new 8 week old kitten, who turned nine weeks while out, and he did great . We brought all is stuff from home. Of course, someone was with him always. He had fun. We kept same house rules. He travels in a carrier. Admittedly, when going on a staycation, he will stay with a family member or in “pet hotel” at Pet Store.
I remember when you’d drive by during the construction of Sapphire Falls and pick out your pretend room from the car 😂

I just stayed here last week and loved everything about it! My only complaint was the cookhouse for dinner, food was meh. The pool and tavern was my favorite part.
We stayed at Sapphire Falls in 2018. Just got back home from Orlando a couple hours ago. Stayed at Residence Inn Lake Buena Vista. 👎🏾 We're only doing resorts from here on out.
I would agree! And we were there last week also ! Room service food was good also . But yes at the pool bar food
We are celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary next year and we have vegas for 5 nights and then Orlando for 7 nights. We have booked Sapphire falls. We always stay in a villa so this will be new. Very excited x
$400/night and the barn door stop is broken and a bucket under the sink? I understand things happen but a bucket under the sink is the fix and you're letting guests stay in there?! Its a really nice resort but stuff like that irritates me.

Just got back from staying at Sapphire Falls a few weeks ago. You guys had almost the same room I did. I was in 2238! Miss it so much

When I adopted my cat he was a kitten, so a few times a week I would take him on car rides, and then road trips. He used to love going for rides. He would lay on the back shelf behind my back seats and be content. 🐱
The Aventura was pretty cool for the roof top bar they have! We arrived at around 9pm to the hotel and I had a few drinks and just walked around the roof getting pumped to visit the parks. The view of volcano bay is beautiful when it’s night time.
Stayed here for nigh during my honeymoon before a cruise. Love the hotel!

I’m a little bit confused on ordering a vegetarian burger but wanting bacon and cheese on it maybe that’s why they didn’t add it because maybe they thought that was a mistake in ordering

My son and I love Sapphire Falls. It's my favorite hotel at Universal. We really loved the restraint on the bottom level.

I loved my stay as Sapphire Falls during my last visit, it I wish we had stayed longer. We spent most of the time at the parks and by the time we got back to the hotel we were too exhausted to really appreciate and take a look at everything the hotel had to offer us

They may homeschool though since they travel alot. You never know!

@@Katiegoodrow not sure what the homeschooling type is exactly. If they want to keep the flexibility to travel for their career then that would be a great option. Once kids are in school travel is almost impossible except for weekends and holidays
@@Disneymom_of3 I take my kid out of school to travel. Done it for Disney when she was 6 and 11. Took her to universal when she was 13 and most recently, early June, her last week of school. Many parents do it. We all can't get summers off. Or some people hate to travel to theme parks in the summer.

Yes I was about to say that. As a previous hotel chef they would not add the bacon.
To be honest for that price I would stay at the Hard Rock get a smaller room but would get the fast pass that is included and you are at the entrance of the park plus the activities/ entertainment they have at the pool is outstanding. We never stayed at that resort only cut through it to get on the boat when we stayed at Cabana Bay which isn’t to bad either not a bad price for a family suite and you are next to volcano bay.
I love watching your videos, you guys make me so happy and it’s a nice and peaceful way for me to wind down in the evenings after a long day. When Jenn mentioned Cruel Summer I got to excited because I’ve been so into that show lately as well! Same with WandaVision, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and now Loki! What did you think about the Cruel Summer season finale? I for sure was not expecting that ending scene! My jaw dropped!

Tim, Sapphire Falls and Royal Pacific meeting space is interconnected and is about 250k. You can hold 12-15 K convention between both hotels.

I love Sapphire Falls. We actually stayed there when we came down to house hunt over 4 years ago! Loved the resort and have loved our move to the area.
