Universal has really stepped up their game on quick service in the parks. I used to be hater on the food but Minion cafe changed my opinion, so now I have to give this one a shot.

The noodles at the start are blue and turn purple because of the Butterfly Pea Flower. They were likely boiled in a concentrated tea of it to give it the color. I did the same with rice recently, served with butter chicken to look like a giant Tide pod because I'm a well-adjusted adult.

What’s nice about your food review videos is the difference in taste the two of you have. Quite often reviews are biased towards one individual and their own likes or dislikes take for example the cheesecake one of you loved it the other did not but you also explained why. It’s nice to see stronger themes at the restaurants but also having good old fashioned food ex, a burger and fries. Thanks for the video you guys do a great job

I'd love to see you review it again after it's been open a while to see if the level of food is as good as it was at opening. I sometimes feel the first week or so is really good when people are trying to impress but goes downhill after a while

I grew up in the same hometown as Dr. Seuss in Springfield Massachusetts and many of Dr. Seuss’s inspirations came from the places he grew up especially the zoo his father worked in Forest Park which I have been to. It’s still around and it’s a very small zoo that is easy to miss. There is a museum dedicated to Dr.Seuss in the downtown museum.

Honestly, universal's food is generally REALLY good. At least a lot better than what I've come to expect from theme parks.
We agree!! They’ve been upping their game lately too. Minion cafe and Circus are both amazing, and Mel’s is a step up from what it was, too. It makes us excited for Epic!
The food looks great! I like the theming and they look delicious! The corndog, burger, chicken strips, and pretty much everything else looks like they're worth trying.

my family always had green eggs, and ham (not green) for st. patrick's day while I was growing up for some reason lol. My Dad just added green food coloring into scrabled eggs.

That cheesecake 100% tasted like cream cheese and it was terrible lol I’m the opposite with hot dogs too! I can tolerate Italian sausage but definitely not hot dogs lol

I love you guys so much! You are definitely my favorite universal influencers and one my my favorite TH-camrs. To answer your question, fun fact... There is a dragon in "If i ran a zoo." It's a giant bird dragon creature who only eats pine trees and spits out the bark so it's a vegetarian which is why it's dish is a salad. 😊

I had the Magician Meatball Cone when I was down there this week, can confirm it was delicious! The Tamed Dragon Salad also looked pretty tasty (friend of mine in the tour group I went with had it).
We were impressed with all the food! We’re excited to slowly go back and try more of it lol anytime we’re filming and eating, it’s cold by the time we eat 😂
Pizza pasta is kind of perfect. Tomato and cheese is already a changing combo, throw some pepperoni on top? Yes please
the people working there tho are already anticipating people being confused that its not actual pizza. lol

I was hoping to see you the last time I went to Universal to thank you but it didn't happen so I tank you here for all your videos and tips. The side potatoes at 3 Broomstick is so good! If you hadn't talk about it, I would have never tried it. Same for pumpkin juice so again, thank you for your videos!
Our daughter is attending the Culinary Institute of America to be a pastry chef and is wanting to do her externship at Universal Orlando. She would love to create food for them.

It's really nice they are doing all this theming (but I would never be comfortable eating blue noodles lol. When I was in elementary schools they had "green milk" for st. patrick's day and that really grossed me out lol).
It looks like they themed it similar to minions cafe for some of the dishes. Blue rice at MC. Blue noodles at Seuss. Sauce splatter at both. I want a better option for a veggie burger in the parks!
We’ve never tried any of the veggie burgers they have! They tend to order the same brands of stuff like that, so I’d assume they’re the same all over the parks.

Hello form North Alabama. I have to tell you guys, my wife and I were watching this one. When Anna said she was a lady and could not use her hands, then it instantly cuts to her man-handling that meatball cone. My wife lost it! A genuine spit take. I’m not sure if you guys like video games, but they just came out with a whole Universal Studios world in minecraft! if you’re into it that would be such a cool video to see you both explore it! you can ride rides and do special challenges and you’re on a mission to find the missing universal letters on the spinning globe that are scattered throughout the park.

Let me help you out, Anna. There is no such thing as mayo-ketchup or ketchup-mayo. It's called fry sauce. Yes, fry sauce. I know that people from the east and south don't know what it is, but it is a standard condiment where I live in the west. You can buy it at the store and get it in packets at fast food joints. I prefer homemade stuff, but the packaged kind is good as well.

I would never eat mayo-ketchup because I also don't like either. But fry sauce? 🤩 Just don't tell me what's in it. Shhh!!! 😂
You mentioned Seuss trivia... Seuss trivia with the loser riding One Fish two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish and having to push the stick the opposite way of the audio so that they get wet the whole time. That Could be interesting. I would also really like to see you guys in a putt-putt golf contest at the Universal course since you guys met on the golf course and both are golfers.
Haha that would be fun! We’ve considered putt putt, but aren’t sure how to make a full video out of it. Maybe one day we’ll do that!

I wonder if all the food coloring is from natural sources or synthetic. I’ve seen a lot of the newer menu items (in Minion Cafe, too) have so much color. Also, is the grill taste legit or just some smoke flavor added to the beef patty. Not trying to be picky or negative but from a healthy point of view or considering sensitivities, these things might worry some.
It didn’t taste like fake smoke flavor to us! We’re not sure about the food coloring, but the team members could probably answer that for you or get you an answer.

They’re not! The lemonade is just normal pink lemonade with cold foam on top and the blue drink is just a normal icee with cold foam on top and bottom. No fizz at all!
Pop century have some breakfast begals for $9 do you know if that is a snack credit or a quick service credit? Thank you. I wish there was a vlog of different ways to breakfast using snack credits lol
There are probably some Disney creators that’ve touched on that stuff! We focus a lot more on Universal, and unfortunately I’m not sure how the Disney dining plan works. It probably says somewhere in the fine print of the dining plan online. I’m sorry we couldn’t be of more help!

This place needed a menu upgrade. We ate here I think I had a slice of pizza that was ok, but my sister had a cheeseburger that was like a cold school cafeteria cheeseburger 😂 it was not good.

I'm glad Universal is finally stepping up the food game a little . . . its been so dissapointingly bad and generic for so long. Disney has them beat by leaps and bounds in terms of themed speciality food. The new Minions Cafe has some cool themed food that I thought was tasty and this all looked great too.
