I used your affiliate code, got a big discount. Ended up buying it for 835 euros. I think bargain considering the specs. Almost pulled out due to its lack of ignition key , but I have very good locks so I decided to go for power. So I purchased it. Thank you for your input and code. Hope everything will work perfectly fine and that it will last a very long time.

Hello mate. I'v just bought my g2 master and i'm loving it. I'v noticed that you say on this video that there is no secret botton for speed limit to 25 km/h , actually there is a combination of bottons that allows you that press the left brake + 2 times power botton until the screen thats to flash, then the speed is limited to 15/20/25 km/h. To turn it back to beast mode, simply press again the left brake+ 2 times power botton. Love your videos, nice job, keep on going! :)

Hi mate! How are you doing these days? Hope you and your partner are doing well! A little over a year ago you helped me choosing my first e-scooter (Kugoo Kirin S4). This budget scooter was really great for a first-timer like me and it thought me a lot about e-scooters. Your two videos about this model were spot on and gave me the all the information that I needed to know what I was buying. After having driven over 1000km in a little over 1 year, played around with some different types of tires (both in price and solid vs tubed), got a free replacement battery from Kugoo even though the official warranty had already expired for more than 2 months (batteries have only 6 months warranty people! Keep this in mind to always check this when you buy a new scooter!). So now we have done all this, enjoyed the hell out of it and now we are ready to upgrade to an e-scooter for real Men! I know exactly what I want as a minimum and already have had my eyes on a few different ones like Kugoo's G2 and G3 series indeed, also looked at some other brands and the one that I actually already had decided I would buy is the SPLACH Mukuta (Orange of course 😏). That said until I stumbled upon this video from you. 😅 So now you have me reconsider again mate. See I really appreciate your videos and it would make me very happy if you would get a bonus if I buy this scooter, but I also know that you are an honest person and therefore I am going to ask you an honest question. Considering that the features (double motor, double suspension, +/- similar distance and speed, blinker light's as well as an abandons of other lights, etc. You know which ones I am talking about.😉) are very similar on both scooters. There are also a couple key differences between the two and these are therefore the ones I need to take in consideration when I make my choice. I have no experience with any of features that set these scooters apart so I would like to hear what your opinion is about them and which ones you think are useful and if so which ones are useless or less important in reality. First big difference is of course the price, €1040,- for the SPLACH Mukuta (and this is exclusive extra features like extra battery pack and battery pack accessory power bank transformer unit (idk what to call it 😅🤣) which I both will want to add if I buy this scooter. So than it will be an extra €330+75= €1445,- total) compared to the G2 Master's € 895,- (although I guess this is with your discount code included I think because on Geekbuying the current price is €985,- and after their discount period has ended the normal price would supposedly be €1379.- again, which is pretty much the same as the SPLACH again except without extra battery and accessory. While this is a pretty substantial difference there are also some other key features to be considered. Second one would be the the adjustable suspension, more specifically the difference in how they are both adjustable "on the fly". Again this is new territory for me so I have 0 experience in any kind of suspension. What are your thoghts on either of them? Tirth feature is the NFC keys/digital locking system on the SPLACH. Does the KuKirin something similar? If yes, what exactly? Fouth Ofcourse the removable battery on the SPLACH and how about the numbers on regarding the KuKirin? We both know that KuKirin is not really famous for the accuracy of their advertised numbers often. The usually are a, let's say little tiny, bit off when it comes to the advertising of the range/top speed/and probably also capacity and energy when considering those but this I don't know for sure) What are your thoughts about the numbers when it comes to the KuKirin G2 Master? And the last feature that definitely needs to be taken in consideration is the extra accessory (sold for 75 separately) to transform your battery into a pretty powerful powerbank if you'd ask me. I never had a power bank that comes even close to this one when you attached the accessory. What do you think? Niche or must have? (to add; I also go out in nature for hours at a time very often. So to have an extra power bank this big if you'd need one is really handy I think). Thanks for your help and advice again and I hope to hear from you soon! ps. I am planning to buy the new scooter in the first week of June. So that is when I need to decide. Thanks again for your help mate!

Hi mate, happy to hear you enjoyed your scoot and doing well :) we are fine, busy with other projects a bit.
I cannnot fully compare the scooters as I have never tried the SPLACH 🤷🏻‍♂️
      1. I won’t judge the prices as you can see them yourself :)
      2. Suspension is good on g2 master. It does not create any extra noise, even if you “bottom it out” - it is quite and sensible. The purpose of suspension is to keep you in control of your ride on rough terain. It works really nice and you can adjust it a bit to your liking. I actually never had more pleasant suspension on a scoot than on the g2 master.
      3. There is no digital locking or physical locking of g2master. I use ABUS Bordo lock anyways as I do not trust any digital locking (as you can just carry the scooter away).
      4. Kukurin apparently has been working on more accurate stats. The speedometer at least is corresponding to the gps and max speed is also achievable. I did not check the battery for capacity.
I will not get richer or poorer if you buy over my link or not :) I am making my salary at work not out of youtube or scooter sales. I hope you will choose the scooter that you will be happy with.
If Splach has the accessories that you need and kukirin doesn’t - maybe it is worth (for you) to choose it 🤷🏻‍♂️

@@VRMinde My apologies for my late response mate! I forgot I had the notification for comments disabled for TH-cam. 😅 Thank you very much for again replying to my question. I am very happy to hear you are both doing well. I am happy to let you know that I will actually order the G2 Master somewhere around the first week of june. I was really going back and forward between the Splach Makuta and the G2 Master for a long time, but after discovering that I can only order the Makuta from their own website and since they charge a ridicules shipping price of... wait for it.... don't fall from your chair now.... € 409,- for only the scooter itself and an additional €409,- if I also want the accessory package (which only costs €169,- itself), and yes of course I do want those also since it contains an extra charger and the transformer to make your battery a power bank, but does NOT even include the extra 2nd battery (€349,- excl. shipping) yet.
So conclusion: Sorry SPLACH but I am starting to get the feeling you lost touch with reality there a little bit. 😅
Kukirin G2 MASTER it is than!! 😎👍
Plus also I feel much better now I can use your code and do a little in return for your awesome work mate!

In my experience, it is not wobbling, but the steering angle on the g2 master is quite steep, so it is susceptible to steering input, and at higher speed that feels a bit sketchy. You can not and should not "fix" that by overtightening the steering bearing. That will only lead to the bearing failure. The only real way is the steering damper, be it v1 or v2. Or choose something like Joyor S10z for more speed on asphalt, alternatively, the G4 has a way deeper steering angle and therefore is more stable at full speeds (and harder to turn on slow speed)

Yes, you just need to go through some screws normally. It is a bit difficult to explain in text... So you need to loosen the screws from outside that are around where the steering bearings are - they are like "gripping around" the steering. And then fold the scooter and tension the large hexagon screw that goes from the top-down.... Just do not overdo it - or you will damage the bearing. After it is no more loose, tighten the screws that are outside again.. Does it make any sense man?

Hello my friend, thank you for these very high quality videos, keep it up, we love it! Thank you also for your honesty and your precise tests.
But I had a question regarding the kukrin brand.
I saw that there was a certain person who had problems with this master. After 1 month the tortinette no longer turns on and the battery died after taking a large one and I am told that the battery is crappy Chinese cells.
And others tell me that it is a quality brand that is improving and we have never had a problem. I really need your opinion, I am a student and I have just enough money to buy it and it will be my primary means of transportation so I have to make a good purchase that is reliable and lasts. given that I do 4000km/year
After your opinion and your advice I would endorse this scooter since I'm tired of doing research all the time and I've been watching videos and reviews for 3 weeks but there are always bad comments and good ones and I don't like it. can't make up my mind. So, thank you for this comment, continue as you are!

Hi man thanks for the kind words! I have a few kukirin scooters, one being now 5 years old and it still going strong. But that does not guarantee there will be no issues on all of them 🤷🏻‍♂️
The fact is that all the cells these days are made somewhere in Asia and many of them are great quality, at the same time I had Samsung original ones failing in 3 months…
At least for me - if I ever have issues (that are not based on my fault) most manufacturers replace parts etc. if I reach out to them. But I only had 1request to Kugoo (old KuKirin name) years ago..
I personally see that their products are on the next level today, but I do not know what is their customer service levels. I saw the one guy in the comments at least had some communication ongoing 🤷🏻‍♂️
I don’t know if it helps mate, the true is it is always some risk… if I was on a really tight budget and needed transport I would buy a simple old bicycle for 100-200 and ride/fix myself it forever :)

@VRMinde it really needs a steering damper 3rd gear is no go without one it's a death trap the speed wobbles are insane 😳

@@Seymourmunni I literally was driving on it yesterday fool speed and while I agree that steering is on the loose side, I do not find it "wobbling". I always think about steering with my feet rather than the handlebars, I keep light pressure on them. G4 is much more stable at higher speeds, that is true.

I have yet to find an honest, non-sponsored review of this scooter. Every review video i watch has been a sponsored one with affiliate links and promo codes, so obviously they will tell you all the good stuff, but they leave out everything thats also wrong with the scooter. On high speeds the scooter wobbles like crazy, and there is no way to install a steering damper without drilling holes in the scooter. The brakes are absolutely horrible disc brakes. Any scooter that goes around or above 40km/h should have hyraulic brakes by default. And scooters for the price of this should come with tubeless puncture proof tires. The design of the deck makes it very easy for the battery to get wet, so the ip rating goes out the window. And don't even get me started on the suspensions.. Even if they are adjustable, they are horrible. You are better off just saving a bit more money up and get a better scooter because even for 1k $ it's not worth getting

You are basically acusing me on doing unhonest reviews man. I can accuse you of workong for competitors 🤷🏻‍♂️ show me another scooter for this price getting even closo to this one?
Adjust your steering bearings tension and nothing will wobble. You can see myself riding it at 50+ kmh without any wobbling. What is wrong with the brakes? You say “horrible” can expand on that? What is horrible? They stop you in no time. They are easy to adjust, they do not overheat, they are easily apied “gradually”. Waiting for your explanation why the brakes “have to be hydraulic”.
Do the same with the deck design - explain me please where do you see possibility of water to enter the deck? I see a lot of flame from you but not much specifics.

@@VRMinde wasnt my intention at all. i didnt want to accuse you of anything, but you also cant expect me to believe that a sponsored review will not be biased. i wasnt talking specifically about you, i type the exact same same thing under every review video, and you are the first one that took it this personally.

@@VRMinde for the breaks, hydraulic offers much more stopping power which is needed for high speeds, the wobble couldve been avoided by if not including, but adding the possibility to install damper instead of adjusting screws. and the water can get under the deck from the screws holes directly onto the controller and battery cause there is no insulation whatsoever at the screws. again.. let me just say that i didnt say those things to attack you. i bear no hatred towards you or anything like that

@@fumetsu-950 Because it is essential to me. I turn down 2-3 companies weekly because they want to "review my videos before releasing" or offer contracts where "if I do not like my product - I can return it to them and not publish the video. I do not work with any of them. KuKirin, Geekbuying, AOVO, and others are often in my videos and they got quite a lot of shit from me - if their product is shit, I say it is shit... Generally, I agree with you. I know which companies are these, so it is funny to see the reviews of their products on other channels. It is basically not a review, but a commercial.
This scooter is literally my favorite out of many scoots I have tried through the years. I get rid of most of them, but I am keeping the G2 master as I genuinely believe it is very nice and enjoy riding it a lot.

@@fumetsu-950 I might have a bit overreacted and taken it personally. Sorry about that man. Fair point that there is no "easy" installation for the damper and of course, hydraulic brakes would have more stopping power. The hydraulic brakes would increase the price quite a lot and I am not sure about value for money as the mechanical ones work really well. A few holes for installing the damper would not increase the price at all and would add a benefit for the consumer.
And regarding the waterproofness - I was riding in water, like deck-deep, and pouring water with the hose, later opening the deck and there was no water in there whatsoever. But yes, adding O-rings on every screw would make it even better. But bear in mind that the manufacturer claims IP54 - which is "water splashes from all directions", so they are not claiming it will work "underwater" or with constant spray. I think it is a fair assessment of the construction that it is made.
All in all, I think you provided good points for improvement. Some of them would not even increase the price too much. But I still stand my ground that for 1k EUR today it is hard to beat the G2 Master. Not impossible, but I am yet to see a good competitor.

Hi, I am not sure as I am not 60kg, but I believe you should do 40km. Worst case scenario - you will have to go a bit slower and then will definitely make 40 :)
