    Hi.i already seen soany videos of yours.actually I became ad fitness freak for this last 2 month.and started using jeera water by you.i usually to 1 and half HR walking,15 mns skipping and eve half an hr walking.i am working women.i totaly controlled junk foods last 2 month.my only problem is office over at 8 pm so dinner will be 9 to 9.30 .help me wat to do after late night dinner

      Try to keep ur dinner simple like kanji or soup. Eat healthy snack like Sundal or sprouts or cut fruits at 6 pm more quantity. Pack the snack to office itself. This way u will eat less for dinner.
