    Yesterdays diet and workout
    Morning: Detox water
    Breakfast: raagi idli and chutney
    Mid mor:papaya
    Lunch: rice with cabbage,vendakai poriyal and boiled egg
    Snacks: boiled peanut
    Dinner: raagi dosa and chutney
    No physical activity

    Morning lemon and honey in warm water
    Breakfast- 3 idli with vegetable curry
    Lunch- I missed having lunch on time so i skipped instead of that
    Evening- guava, banana, badam, dates, fried bengal gram( pottukadalai)
    Dinner- mor kuzhambu, kudiravalai rice, pudalangai kootu
    Before bed 1 glass of Medicinal milk for cold
    Walking- 13,551 steps feeling happy to achieve more and more steps

    Breakfast:fruits (1 apple, 1small banana)

    Lunch:1 ragi chapathi, beans usili.
    Dinner:1 cup beans usili, 1 bowl uludankali.
    Exercise:30 minutes walking.
