Thank you so much for this. I made 1 dish of this and ended up just making it all day(not literally but since the vid came out a good portion of that time from then on). I'm not one for sweets but this really was a treat.
I added ginger also to the egg milk mixture for the french toast. Yet when I was overall done I then covered it all with frosted sugar, and it was so delicious.

You can leave it out. It won't be bananas foster and you won't do the flambe, but it will still be a sauce.
