Great recipe Joanne! But one small tip from a Chinese housewife (me). If u add 3-4 tablespoons of water into ur beef during the marination process (pour water bit by bit n stir), ur beef strips will turn out much more juicy when u stir fry them. Hope you are well with your beautiful baby boy. :)
That's great! Do you think they were overcooked? If you think the cooking amount on them was fine, then if you're willing to spend a bit more money on a nicer cut (like strip steak or ribeye), it will be a lot more tender. Depends on your budget!
Does beef gets tough if its cooked too long? Then it may be the reason since we tried it the first time and may have overseen the exact times :) But we'll definetly repeat the experiments since the taste was absolutely awesome
