Appreciate your video! I'm planning a Tokyo Disney trip this year and am considering the Ambassador hotel. Did you notice any construction and did this cause any issue with your stay? I read the following on the hotel's website:
Disney Ambassador Hotel will undergo repair work of its exterior wall from September 4, 2023 to November 2025.
During this period, some of the views from the hotel and the hotel landscape may be partially obstructed. Also, please be aware that there may be noise from the construction and odor from the paint work.

Had no issues at all and whatever construction they were doing, I didn't notice it at all.
