Using a less stable disc on hyzer is key for me. Think up it as you're throwing nose up (since you're forced to), with all the consequences of that. The disc will slow faster as gravity really pulls it down, plus it will turn over less b/c of the nose up angle. But by anticipating this, you can counter-act the effects and still get good distance.
An understable disc for uphill and down works the best. Match your angle of release parallel to to hill grade. It is easier to throw forehand stand still with almost full power. Not for my weak forehand though.
