I won the contest for the donut box/ goodie box. These guys are amazing and awesome for actually interacting with people and giving us the content we want and need! I can’t wait to get my Jetta built. My built Mk7 GTI was totaled by a deer so I’m restarting with my Mk7 GLI 😭. I’m definitely gonna be getting parts for it from P3. You guys are the best. Keep doing what you do 🔥
Dude thanks for the encouragement, that means a lot. Don’t underestimate the responsibility of that donut box🤣. I’ll be watching… we’ll ALL be watching… Can’t wait to help you build your GLI👊🏼
I just picked up a 7.5 R with 90,000km (56,000m). Threw on an MBRP catback and she sounds SO good. Watching these videos really is getting me interested in putting on some IE parts.
All you need to do is a pump learn and check the values against haldex repairs guide. You get good and bad values but I was getting inconsistent values. I decided to pull my pump apart and its a common issues where the carbon brushes eat in to the commutator ring and in turn gives you inconsistent readings so could be working on minute and not the next. I replaced the pump and I was still having issues, I’d say it was working 92% better but I ending up diagnosing it as the PRV valve, I bought the from haldex repairs for £65 and been amazing ever since not a single issue in the cold uk weather. You don’t need a new diff all you would need is the sintered clutch discs and the steel discs, I think there is something like 12 of each. Can be bought for £120 and is so easy to do. There really isn’t much to a haldex. Pump, PRV, controller, clutch discs, and oil. That’s it. Then just do the learn process 2-3 times and make sure it’s around 20 degrees C when you do this. Hope this helps. No need to buy a new diff.
That is awesome info to have, thank you. I’ve already got a really cheap low mileage used diff coming from a friend so I’m going to bolt that one in and probably tear this one apart and rebuild it if it makes sense to do so. Thanks again for the input. At the end of the day I’m here to learn👍🏼
I love my IE tune and intake for my SQ5! Great company for sure! Plus the mobile tuning from your phone is so nice! As for the haldex VW maintenance says every 2 years to change haldex fluid which should include cleaning the screen. Clearly that was not done! lol
They're awesome to work with and the products have been top-notch so far. It's definitely a bummer about the rear diff but I bought a cheap car for a reason!
awesome video! not sure if your ever planning on upgrading turbo, but if you ever upgrade to the GT2260s i would love to see those dyno numbers from the stage 3 IE tune
We have a local friend who I believe has that setup. He’s @awd_egg on Instagram and may have some numbers for you👍🏼 BUT I’m sure at some point stage 2+ with trueflex won’t feel fast anymore and I will for sure post numbers if I do it.
Great Video! Thanks for the shoutout! As of right now we’re on track to have the big turbo mk6 R at Wookies this year! Maybe then once you drive it you will retract your statement that you’re a mk7.5 guy now. 😜
If Zain has a million fans, I'm one of them. If Zain has 5 fans, I'm one of them. If Zain has 1 fan, that one is me. If Zain has no fans, I'm no longer alive. If the world is against Zain I'm against the entire world. Till my last breath, I'll support Zain.
I keep saying that after wookies I’m going to take your advice and finally start working on the 7 series. Thanks for your encouragement in that😂 I’ll be hitting you up for advice at weird hours when I randomly break down🤣
It looks like ti about time for that IE FDS Intercooler install.
Coming up next Boss!

Did that MBRP come with a stock downpipe adaptor, or is it made with the downsize adaptor on the pipe?
Their parts and support have been top notch. Use the affiliate link to save some dough! Performancebyie.com/p3 🙌🏼

Thank you man, I’m so excited. I’m not gonna lie, I’m already sad thinking about how quickly it’ll be over.
Y’all are making me want to get my own R
You need one to rip around Alaska in. You could even get an Alltrack which is close to the same thing but a wagon.
Loving the mk7 content!
Thanks man, I’m loving this diffuser!

Can’t wait to see it! We’ll see, there is something special about the mk6r🤌🏼
My head still hurts!!
I hate to break it to ya but it's gonna be hurting for a LOOOOOOOONG time, lol
I wish to be as optimistic as Jake when I receive news that something catastrophicly failed on my car
I wish to have a sick accent like you one day. I can’t wait to see ya in just a few days!
🔥🔥🔥
If you close your eyes you'll hear Vinny from Hoonigan
I’m about to watch a few videos and see if I hear it😂

All these wrong wheel drive problems can easily be resolved. #BMW 😛 Fun video though, great job guys.

@@P3Gauges Gross. I retract everything I've said. 🫣

Shoulda got a mk8R. Worlds better.
You may be right if we weren’t considering cost. The plate says “CHEAPER” for a reason😂
