The more I watch and listen to your videos and some others the more disheartened I’m getting. You’ve really opened my eyes as to how many evil POS there are in this world. It’s disgusting. How can anyone hurt a baby. I look at my youngest granddaughter who is now 15 months old and then I watched this video and OMG! how could another human do this to an innocent baby. They haven’t even begun to live, haven’t even started talking and walking properly etc. my granddaughter is one of the most adorable little humans I have met. She’s so happy and interested in everything going on around her just starting to say NO when she wants someone to stop what they are doing, she even holds her hand up in a stop position to make sure the other kids no she’s had enough so how could that mother do something so evil, her precious daughter would have suffered so much at the hands of this evil bitch and her evil boyfriend. WTF didn’t she just give her baby to one of the grandparents. I’m sure the baby’s paternal grandparents would have loved to have their grandchild go and live with them. I’ve raised 2 of my 21 grandchildren and now my grandson has me living with him so he can look after me. These videos break my heart. I could never hurt any child let alone my own flesh and blood. Why do we have so much evil in this world now. I do love your channel and I don’t comment very often but I’ve been watching for a long while and I’ll continue watching. I tried to join your discord channel btw and it said that the details were incorrect. Is it just cos I’m in a different country or another reason?? Have a great weekend and upcoming week guys and keep up the great work you both put into your channel. It’s one of my favourite true crime channels out there. Sorry for the long comment.

If crime scene photos are so utterly horrific and would result in a guilty verdict right away, then they SHOULD be shown. That was the crime this monster committed, that was what she did to her child, so why does the law do everything in its power to protect the perpetrators and not the victims? She did that to this baby so yes, she is guilty and yes she should pay for it.

    • @katiek3396

It's not actually to protect the perpetrator but it's to keep the jury unbiased, and not traumatized to the point they can't continue the case. They've had jurors quit which can cause the case to be prolonged due to having to see horrific things.

In most jurisdictions, autopsy photos are allowed to be shown to jury as they pertain to the crime & are considered evidence for the fact finders (jurors) to evaluate in their case assessment. Hence for these pics NOT be shown on basis of being prejudicial to the defense is actually uncommon.

i’m confused as to how it’s legal for any evidence to be withheld from the jury, how is that justifiable?

    • @bquietsouhear
      @bquietsouhear 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

It is justifiable to a defense attorney who is allowed to lie, suggest lies & defend a criminal who confessed then lied and submitted a not guilty plea.
It it justifiable because truth is permitted to be subjective & doesn't have to follow its' law of constants in a courtroom!
Lying is allowed. The defense is allowed to suggests lies and play on the jury's emotions so they will ignore the facts.
But....if any of the jury's emotions will work against their criminal client, like these photos of what the criminal did to the victim, then the lying defense motions to remove them as prejudicial.
      Thank society.
They preserve the right to lie. Anywhere. They protect criminals instead of standing on truth and its' law. They want to lie so they allow lying and protect the criminal's right to do so.
There is no law without truth and there is no truth without law.
They negotiate consequences for breaking the law so their is no law.
They call it justice & justifiable.
You deal with the devil, the devil learns he can come back & make a deal again.
Liars & lies are lawless because they always change.
When the lies don't serve the defense manipulative agenda tactics, like the manipulation from the photo's reality & truth on the jury's emotions & will influence a guilty verdict, the defense calls foul.
But, when they manipulate the jury's emotions with a sympathetic, false, mental excuse, lists of the criminal's hardships from childhood through present, addictions and/or suggested possibilities other than the true, factual evidence, then the defense is embraces it & uses it everytime.
They make the criminal the victim & society pays defense attorneys to lie without any evidence or proof in a court where all are sworn to tell the truth.
      This is society's fault.
All lies and all permitted, protected & upheld by society because society wants to preserve their own freedom to lie.
Stop letting people lie. That is justice.
Every crime begins with a lie.

This one really hit me hard. My twins were born July of 2018 (just 2 months before little Evelyn) and I named my daughter Evelyn as well. I will never understand how people can say they loved the child but routinely hit, kick and abuse them. My heart aches for little Evelyn. 😢

This girl tried the Casey Anthony story: The child was with someone she knew and that person had kidnapped her child, the reason she didn't call the police is because she was "trying to find her herself". Literally the Zanny (Xanny more like) the nanny story!

god , i hate that woman with a burning passion. she must have thought she was SOOOOOO SMARTTTTTTT by thinking "ooooh heehee im gonna name the fake babysitter zanny because i leave my child alone drugged up on xanax !!" this story is similarly infuriating.

I'm very disappointed how TH-cam has treated this channel. This is my favorite Channel. And I think you do something amazing and you help people as well. And I'm sad that they keeping you from doing that more than you'd already done in the past.

Id give anything and everything in this world except for my living sons life to get my son back.
How could someone willingly hurt or kill their kid

I was thinking along similar lines. I did everything I could to prevent the death of my son. We fought hard for four long years. Then for years after his death I would wake up with nightmares of trying to get help for him at the hospital.
Like the officer said, thankfully most of us aren’t wired for murder like this girl. It’s unfathomable, unimaginable.

Before watching video, this case was my first to get so emotionally involved in. I don't have tv and I didn't get involved in news. I have been waiting on news of this poor baby girl. I would have taken that poor baby girl in a heartbeat and loved and nurtured her to grow up happy and healthy. It makes me sick that people, especially mothers can do such horrific things to innocent children.

It’s crazy to me that every video of her she’s smiling. Your child is missing and hasn’t been seen in months and you smile when talking about where she could be? And if her momma and her bf did know where the baby was, they are just as much trash as the mom.

Paying someone to kill your baby through the process of abortion is just as depraved and disgusting as killing them after their born.

Love your guys' content. Local to the area in question. We just call it "Bluntville". Sadly this case has been dragging on for forever. I've been wondering when this was going to be covered on a larger channel. Thank you for going into the case and advocating for those who are the most vulnerable.
Please don't let these folks be a reflection of the people in this area. Also for those curious about Knoxville, that is home to the rather famous "Body Farm". So the forensics from there are as about as damning as any evidence or testimony on the subject could be. It's only about an hour and a half to two hours away from the area.

While Megan was no mother to this precious beautiful little girl, she was loved. I am proud of the way my community, even law enforcement, rallied for this precious baby. Many of us feared this would be the outcome but we hoped and prayed we were wrong. I think her grandfather really loved her. This video didn't get into it much but he was seriously threatened with several different things if he called and reported this. One of the threats was that he'd never be allowed to see Evelyn again (megan was saying she was alive and well but she would keep her away from him when she came back to Megan) I don't think the video mentioned that the grandfather owned some property where he had some mobile homes that he rented out. One of those homes were provided to Megan so that she had a safe place to raise her child. It wasn't much and it wasnt fancy but its what he had to offer them so that his grandbaby had a roof over her head. Clealy Megan's mother had some issues but I'm sure she loved her granddaughter too. Megan also has living grandparents and they loved Evelyn as well. Evelyn's father was stationed away from home so he didnt get a lot of time with her. I don't know if his family was actively involved in Evelyn's life but I hope they were. She deserved a loving family. They are all victims of Megan's evil as well. I'm thankful that Evelyn's grandfather made that call. Had he not done so, there's no telling how long it would have been before anyone searched for Baby Evelyn. We all want justice for her.

I followed this heavily back when this was first going down, this case struck me so hard for some reason. I was checking their Facebook pages, watching interviews smelling the bullshit from a mile away. I’ve thought about baby Evelyn every so often over the years. It sickens me that monster can do that to her own child. Megan’s smart ass smirks and attitude is disgusting.
