im confused how the was close to 800lbs? those are all 45lb plates right? 7 plates on each side is 315 per side which is 630 + 45 for the bar that's 675. Where's the other 115lbs at?

Coleman is a legit dude. What I admire most is that he didn’t quit his day job. Guy worked long shifts in law enforcement and still hit the gym.
What I like is that he’s genuinely excited and respectful of someone else’s achievement, instead of trying to divert attention to himself. I just love watching Ronnie, he’s awesome and a real gent. Would really like to meet him someday.
I met Ron at the Arnold expo some years back. He was very genuine, very present, and honestly interested in talking. It was a really great experience.

Whatever treatment Ronnie is doing at the moment must be working great. Hes so much more lively and less winded than ive gotten used to, and i dont just mean during the lift, just in general. He talked a lot more than usual. So great to see. Gives me hope that we might see him get back into the same shape as his similarly aged colleagues.

He was all messed up before because he was poppin pain pills like he was eating skittles. He wasn’t all there and low energy. Now he is getting serious recovery treatment and he seems to not need much for pain anymore.

I always love Ronnie Coleman! He was never in competition with anybody but himself. Never heard anyone say anything bad about him. Obviously don't know the man, but seem like a class act his whole career and after. I watched the documentary and it broke my heart to see how much pain this man is in on a day-to-day basis because he's sacrificed so much for his sport
