Baker needs to listen to Larry, stick to a program. No more one rep maxes. Peak for a powerlifting meet. You'd see a massive difference if you stuck to a program for a couple months.
The dip WR is actually 190kg by Antonio Zed, owner of the “Final Rep” streetlifting competition. Theres multiple athletes who can do above 150, all in competition. Mathew zlat has also done 190kg. But would be nice to see him push his dip im sure itll be monstrous regardless. Hope that helps champ
Widening your grip a tad bit solves the shoulder rolling problem (it worked for me atleast, just by putting my pointing finger on the ring) I know that changing your technique even a bit can throw you off at the level you're at but im just throwing it out there.

Eat more for energy, look that your technique is correct, be patient and proud of yourself for little achievements. Benchpress is a full body movement something i had to learn.

Had 3 year shoulder pain, doctor didn't know what it was, did a dead hang and fixed the problem.
