this dude voted for me. Cool thing all these guys with Primus materials. Mr. Pearson still looks like he could just have a sleep behing kit while going on.
Kit tuning was on point, same with cymbal tone. I love that you made your own splashes lol. I also loved how you didn't add anything extra and focused on the parts. You got my vote.
Nailed it. First one Ive heard that sounded like you removed the original drum tracks and played. Most others I could hear a slight flam from playing slightly behind as if they were listening and following.
You Have My Vote Dan.! Not Much Of A Primus Guy As I’ve Been With The 3 Canadian Boys For 45+ Years, Dan Definitely Has The Chopps.! Which By The Way Is My 10yr Old Grandson’s Nick Name For His Drumming Skills..
That's nice of you to say. The standard of submissions is incredibly high and I'm sure there will be a lot of factors that will come into their decision. If I'm lucky enough to get a chance to audition in person it will be a dream come true for sure
From seeing a number of these auditions, it's not going to come down to musicianship. It's going to come down to whether Les and the new drummer can finish each others' jokes.
One of the best auditions I've seen very good job pretty much flawless
Less is more. Not a wasted beat. Top work!
He knows when to be minminal and allow bass guitar shine.Les will love that!
LES! This guy won't mess you up on stage. DO IT!
You have my vote, Dan, I could really dig seeing you in the Primus drum chair. You definitely have the chops for it, good luck.
Thank you very much. If I get a second look at, or I am lucky enough to get a chance to audition, it will be a bucket list moment for sure!

Shure PG56's on the rack toms and a PG52 on the floor tom
Oh yeah, my vote.
This drummer has top form and technique.

man that eleven was TIGHT!!
Finally a drummer who knows how to TUNE his drums Hear how great they sound.
Thankfully the Sleishman free-floating drums are super easy to tune!
Ok Les, this is your guy
Where do I vote? Hot stuff Dan. Wow.
Thanks Duncan. The Primus team said they will contact the people they want to audition in a week or so.
Well done man!
11 was great bro.
I think we have a winner

You're probably right!
He's got the chops, not sure about the personality
I could definitely improve on my showmanship
You're not the right fit.... continue playing in a cover band.
Zappa fan? Thanks for checking out my video anyway.
