Great video. I also have an M8 Softail...2018 Heritage to be exact. Only thing I would say is that I have done several mods from you guys. But I did buy the TTI's and after install and running a new auto tune it was causing the engine to start like the throttle was wide open as soon as you turned the bike on. I tried running the TTI's without tuning and I was getting really bad performance and choking out of the engine. But tuning it with TTI's made it worse. I had to remove the TTI's unfortunately and re-tune to get bike to run properly. Not sure what was going on but my bike did not like the TTI's. Just for reference I installed them in a set of Rhinehart's 2 into 1's.

Need to come up with highway pegs for M8 Softails with forward controls. Haven't been able to find extended forward controls that aren't over $1200. Or another idea is some that work with your floorboards that attach to the clevis. I like your floorboards just would like to stretch out just a bit more.

The sumping was definitely an issue that took a couple of years for them to get right, and there have been a couple of bad batches of cylinders. No doubt HD has continued their track record of having first adopters help them refine their design. Sorry that your friends have had issues. KP
We have no real experience with vrods...however, we can say this...not very many people bought them, and they have been discontinued for many years because of poor sales. Thank you for commenting! KP
Yet it still did not ever gain any traction. It was not a "real" Harley, and it was not a "real" Porsche. The vast majority of the motorcyclist never saw any reason to buy or ride one. 😯

I have several friends with them and they have had numerous issues. 2 with bad pistons and jumping issues.
