That fish looks really nice. We have an Ethiopian restaurant close by now I am going to have to visit again thanks for the videos.

+Steven Lower hey Steven, it was great. Luckily there's some restaurants in big cities for when the craving hits. I think I've had it in DC and Bangkok too.

I know next to nothing about Ethiopian cuisine as I've had it only once; a traditional sampler wat similar to the one you featured. We really didn't know what we were doing and unfortunately no one in my circle is super in to it. Hope you have a few vids on more Ethiopian dining! 👍

It's definitely an interesting food culture and Mark has the best guides for sure. It's still really underrated, so even though there's a few hot cities like Seattle and DC, we haven't really gotten on the injera bandwagon.

+Bangkok Fatty Boom. Nailed it. My only Ethiopian experience was in Adams Morgan, D.C. 😂

haha probably could have added Toronto to that list, but can't think of anywhere else.

+Bangkok Fatty Mahatma Gandhi district, Little India in Houston, TX is very popular but no disrespect Houston is not my favorite city. I've been there on business a half dozen times but stick to Mexican and Tex-Mex as you can imagine.

Funny that you didn't you call me out on this comment. 😂 I was looking for the name of an Ethiopian resto my cohorts and I were checking out in Houston and ended up reading some notes I took on Little India. I bet you're thinking, "dude, I hope Tosh doesn't think Indian and Ethiopian cuisine are similar." 😐

Oh, wow! The fish looks great! I don't really explore seafood outside of the basic sushi stuff but now I'm really curious to try Tilapia like that! Great video! Time for me to expand my taste buds. ^_^

Hey Bryan, thanks man. If you eat sushi, you're ahead of a lot of people already haha! But yes, always keep challenging those taste buds.
