In my dad's region in southern Ethiopia where coffee is from and grows in the cooler, mountainous climates, they actually put "butter" or kibeh with salt and it's REALLY GOOD. Some Ethiopians don't even know the salt tradition because its specific to the Southern regions. The richness of the butter with the salt is great. Even butter alone is really delicious. Very inspiring video Mark. I love Ethiopia from Sweden. My husband is actually Ethiopian and he took me to this exact spot years ago. The weight the men carry is very real in real life aswell. Even the women carry big heavy bags like its nothing. Very beautiful country and strong people. I hope to visit soon again and hopefully i get to meet you there Mark. Most of all, you are a very honest and kind person! Especially the respect you show to diffrent cultures.
Thanks for showing the amazing Ethiopia!!! Hugs from Brazil! Your channel should be shown on Brazilian TV so people could know the reality of African countries. Happy, full of colors, flavours, wonderful people...

Thank you for showing the world the beauty of Africa and its cuisines!
Dawn Hewitt of course Africa is beautiful no question Ethiopian is miracle country the land of promise to God
Thank you for highlighting with genuine respect and passion my family's culture.
Look at this my beauty country
My GOD BLESS 🇪🇹
I love Ethiopia, I was once there in my dreams
haha
Me too🤣😅

First thing I notice is that they are a very happy people!!!
there is deep sporituality there one you can experience by being at the place. It is a very religious country. I believe thats the main reason.
Plus a robust economy selling a very valuable world-wide commodity - coffee.
Fernando Manuel Zuñiga Lopez I noticed too! The hosts that accompanied Mark in his vids , as well as maybe about 90% of the Ethiopian people seen in the background of this vid I caught smiling from ear to ear like all of them just won the lottery or something... haha... i don't know, i just feel like they are very kind people. And obviously, happy people. Good on them.
Yes very very happy and proud people 💚💛💝you can even see how we eat, sharing at the center... sharing is happiness is our motto
You are right.you know resntlly many investors coming to Ethiopia . and our PM ask them why Ethiopia and now?one thing they showed him was a chart which tells how people are happy and told him according to our chart we find Ethiopian people are one of the happyst. true story
