    오트밀은 섬유질이 많아 변비와 다이어트에도 좋답니다😍
    게다가 간편하고 단백질이 많아서 아침에 먹으면 포만감이 오래 가더라고요 :)
    그래서 오트밀을 이용해 간단한 레시피들을 준비해봤어요
    특히 저 중에서 베이크드 오트밀이 정말 맛있었어요💖

    I brought 6 healthy oatmeal recipes today!
    Oatmeal is high in fiber, so it's good for constipation and diet😍
    Plus, it's super easy and has a lot of protein, so I feel full for a long time
    So I prepared some easy recipes using oatmeal :)

    oats are so versatile and tasty :) love these recipes!! i also sometimes just have rolled oats like savoury oatmeal with sous vide egg and kimchi, or steel cut oats instead of rice (and it’s like brown rice, chewy and nutty!)

      I wanted to eat porridge but the was no rice in my house. I make do using rolled oats in my porridge instead. It was very nice and it is similar with rice porridge. I made miso oat porridge, kimchi oat porridge and sauerkraut oat porridge 😂 I think in her video she uses instant oat instead of rolled oat as she stated😁

    Update: Tried it and it was DELICIOUS! You dont taste the egg at all, reallly so filling and tastes TOO GOOD TO BE HEALTHY!! Thank you so much for this recipe!
    (also i used instant oats, and did 8 tbsps or 1/2 cup of oats and they turned out great either way!!)

    FYI for the same amount of porridge, you can use 20g of oats and the same amount of liquid and cook it all the way, instead of half cooking it in a little bit of liquid. If you want to eat 40g of oats, cook it with 250ml.

      Regular cardio exercise really helps because you can better control your blood sugar and keeps you from eating out of boredom!

      @@kimxengdy6889 I do intermittent fasting and when i do eat around 1 or 1:30. I make sure to eat enought to feel full but i eat healthy food. The only thing that has kept me from snacking or overeating is just discipline. It was hard the second month and i got hangry a lot but now in my 5 month i havent gotten used to my schedule of eating. Also coffee is a must and drinking plenty of water. If i do get hungry later in the day i just eat a handful of walnuts or blackberries / strawberries. Enough to make me satisfied.

    다이어트 한다고 오트밀 사두고 안먹어서 집에 많은데 다양한 레시피 감사해요. 오트밀죽만 먹는건줄 알고 맛없어서 못 먹고 한약 해인 감비 환 지어먹고 겨우 7킬로 뺐는데 더 빼야 하고 유지도 해야 하거든요. 남은오트밀 이용해서 차근차근 만들어 봐야겠어요

    was so skeptical of the tuna pancake recipe but just tried it and literally made it in under 10 mins and its really yum!!! i didn't add the chilli but i did add a little onion powder!

    론가 채널보니까 단백질 파우더는 정제 단백질이여서 인슐린 자극해서 인슐린 수치 올려서 다이어트에는 적합하지 않대요. 빠르고 쉽고 소화 흡수 잘 되게 단백질을 보충해서 근성장이 되는 것에 집중된 제품이라.
