I have slow metabolism and hypothyroidism withe the strict Viki egg diet I loose 0.5kg per day but watching this girl eat so much more and loosing even more than me, goes to show not everyone's metabolism is going to react the same, keep trying diets till you find the one that works for you and keep yourself busy. No is not, I see most of this diet blogs (usually korean) have unhealthy methods and the comment section is flooded with people with ED weighting less than 50kg and wanting to lose more, is very dangerous besides not only the weight will come back but other health issues appear. A long term and healthy diet with exercise is the key, you dont have to stop eating or eat very little to lose weight, what comes fast the faster leaves

I've been shooting this kind of content for a year and I don't believe that this much weight (almost 3 kilos) can be lost in 3 days with carbohydrate consumption and 0 vegetables. Of course, if you do sports for 3 hours a day, maybe, but even then, muscle growth will appear due to muscle building and weight gain will appear on the scale. As someone who has tried extreme diets such as Kpop idol Somi's diet, I do not find this video 'less than 500 calories a day' to be very accurate. Maybe you have actually lost weight just because you are young, but I think this is neither a proper eating pattern nor a healthy diet.
