    suggest making a couple of the same or similar mindfulness video on the breath with longer durations

      +joe brown Thanks for the suggestions. I'd be happy to make a similar, longer video practice. Would it be more useful to have a 10-15 minute video practice or a 20-30 minute practice for now?

      Kris -- have several at increasing intervals -- a 15, a 20 and a 30 -- since you already have a 10
