    Hi folks, getting a few comments about ads in the middle of the video - I apologize for this, however I am unfortunately not in control of when TH-cam places ads in my videos, since I am not monetized. Some folks have had luck in refreshing or trying a new video, my meditations are also on Spotify and Apple Podcasts, and I believe they only play ads at the beginning of an episode (if at all). I hope you’re all able to find a moment of ad-free peace! 🤍

    Well structured. Its my day 4 of 10 minute meditations. I felt like this one didnt make me as anxious as some other practises. Focusing only on breathing and timing it makes breathing not feel natural and my pulse and anxiety goes up but the body journey was better.
    hoping to see more content from you!

    Hi. Thank you so so so much for putting out the 5 and 10 minute version of meditation for ADHD. Meditation has always been so so so so so hard for me but I was able to complete both these sessions and ACTUALLY feel better for the first time in my life. Thank you so much. If you feel insipred to do more related to ADHD, I would totally appreciate more meditation tools in my toolbox like the ones youve already provided! Thank you again so much.

      Hey i whould love to hear how you did it. I have been learning how to meditate for 3years but i just cant focus for longer than 20 seconds. And if i try to focus harder i will just tense up all my muscles for some reason

    Thank you so much for putting these ADHD meditations together - I normally can’t make it through a 10 min guided meditation but this was no problem! The way that you structure these for ADHD is insanely helpful, and I’ve found myself implementing these tools throughout my day to stay focused on my task at hand.

    Thank you Lily. I needed this. I had a sudden panic attack at work and I felt like I couldn’t do anything properly. My hand eye coordination was compromised, my brain was off track, my hands were shaking, I felt embarrassed, I was overstimulated, and I felt like I couldn’t take it anymore. I nearly banged the register at work but I subjected from doing so since I didn’t want to cause a scene. I’m feeling a bit better now. Hoping I can get through the rest of the day.

      I’m really sorry to hear this. I hope that your day has gotten better by now. I just want to acknowledge that it’s a big step to be aware of how you were feeling, and to have sought out this meditation as a way to try to regulate yourself. You’re doing great 🤍

    Thanks for putting this together!
    Living with AuDHD can be so stressful and in my experience, CBT doesn’t exactly help.

    I almost did the whole thing, it was working.
    But sadly my bussiness related thoughts and anxiety kicked in and i forgot i was meditating 😅
    Instead of saying i hate my brain. This time im glad i learned that meditating can actually help.
    I do feel better, even if i wandered off in the end.. thanks 🙂

      That’s so upsetting! I’m sorry. Unfortunately, I can’t yet control when ads are placed in my videos. Some people have had luck with refreshing, I also have my meditations on Spotify and podcasting platforms, I believe the ads are fewer there. Sorry for the disruption!

    Are you serious putting ads right in the middle of the meditation? That’s so disturbing!
    And also the transition from music to white noise of the voiceover is not so calming. You better clear the white noise from the recording or let it be there during whole time
