I use apple cider vinager, lavender oil and castile soap when I give my terrier a bath.
Could I shampoo after using the vinegar

@@2020GFE you can use distilled white vinegar but ACV is the best. Also, do not rinse your dog after the vinegar wash. Let them air dry. QBN does advise this and I have seen amazing results.
How often to you bathe
@@mstormy I routinely bathe mine every 30 days. Twice a month if he gets into crap.

@@miguelreyes1835 I bathe my Bully once a month. I also feed him acv daily. When he had skin issues I bathed him every 10 days and also made a 50/50 solution of acv & witch hazel to treat hotspot areas daily

Would you recommend alternating between iodine baths and vinegar baths? Or is the vinegar bath like a rinse in between the iodine baths?
Iodine is for more serious situations. If you do vinegar baths every 2 weeks you should be ok.

Our bully is shedding constantly and has so much I would say like dandruff. What would you recommend is it the food or she needs to be bath more constantly any info would be appreciated. Thanks..

@@jfros9794 Most treats have some form of artificial ingredients so it's highly likely that some will cause allergies. Recovery times will vary but if you are diligent with the care and feeding and your dog is otherwise healthy then you I would estimate 5-10 days
@@jfros9794 You can use 50/50 water & acv as a spray and spray LIBERALLY. Soak the dog. Massage using a curry brush (5 mins) for best results. Soaking the dog in a shampoo bath is the best overall though.

I bathe Ragnarr once per month. Can I do it twice per month or even once per week?
Depends what you add to his bath. If you do say the vinegar and water bath that is probably the least invasive. You can try once a week and let him air dry. But if in a week you notice anything irregular then I would say no. But if he’s fine then I would repeat.

My boy Blu he love his baths now I cannot give him baths because he’s a little bit big now but when I take him in to the groomer at the pet store, the only problem I have is the fur between his paws they don’t cut that and I pay extra for that but now since I got two dogs and my boy Blu have a ear affection now I have to rest of winning the clean it up. Thank you for giving me some good information with the white vinegar. I got some and put some gloves on and clean his ear out but he also have allergies and skin sensitivity so like I say, I pay for special stuff, and they don’t do it, so I’ll complain specially, his paws but my girl Cici have not had a bath, so therefore, should I treat her like I treat my boy with skin sensitivity, and give her a oatmeal bath to like a gift for him because she loves when I wipe her face in her ears
