I used the Acv and all that but my dogs would sometimes cry out. I realized that if they had any kind of cut or scratch on them the apple cider vinegar burned/hurt. I tried everything so it seemed. I finally changed the diet to human grade food(no more kibble or can) I quit all the store bought dog treats, over vaccinating and putting all these chemicals in the body and when I did that the skin, hair, ear, obese issues went away. All 3 of my dogs lost 30lbs and they haven't had 1 issue with skin, coat etc in over 6 years. It's pretty amazing.

My dog had a chronic yeast/rash /smell/itching problem and the vet wasn't much help. I fed my 40lb dog 1/2 can sardines daily with a high grain free kibble (salmon & sweet potato) and I got a 80% improvement which greatly improved the quality and health of my dog and her skin and coat were so nice. The problem is internal / gut and exterior treatments can be very "harsh" and very temporary. I also suggest Selsen Blue Dandruff Shampoo (dandruff shampoo). Try the sardines and grain free kibble for a month and see the difference.

My white pit gets a red rash on his stomach closer to his thighs and junk. I figured out pretty quickly it was ring worm or jock itch , from the half circle outline. It doesn't always have the circular outline though sometimes a big blotchy red and brownish rash. Two applications of athletes foot cream clear it right up.

Avoiding corn and wheat in their diet helps drastically. They’re all allergic to it. If it doesn’t show up on their skin it will be doing something inside them. Also, the dog needs an “omega 3 fatty acid” daily. A vet on here said there is no dog food that has enough fat in it. We use krill oil from Amazon.

This is wonderful advice! Thank you! I've found some skin problem remedies that work 100% too: For hot spots I mix 50/50 triple antibiotic ointment & tea tree oil, apply it 2 or 3 times a day. They hate the taste so it usually stops them from licking the spot without having to put a cone collar on them. It cures it very fast! Great for sores & wounds too. I found a stray Border Collie that had a 6" round bald spot on her back near her tail. Two vets assured me her hair would never grow back. From the horse aisle in Tractor Supply Co. I bought a bottle of Original MTG & applied it to the bald area twice a day. All her hair grew back in fast so no more bald spot! Also she was itching all over & I noticed she smelled like a dinner roll, so I asked the vet if he had a medicine to kill a yeast infestation & he prescribed pills, which worked!
Update: I've never had any problems at all with a 50/50 mix of triple antibiotic ointment and tea tree oil applied to dogs' hotspots a couple of times per day. But I see that Pet Poison Helpline recommends diluting the tea tree oil down to 1% to 2%. "Products containing tea tree oil concentrations less than 1-2% are generally considered non-toxic if used according to labeled directions."

One day I was munching in the blueberries we have growing on the property and she was very insistent on getting a couple so I gave her a handful, the next Day! I noticed the spot looked better so I gave her some every day for a week, by the end of that week she was cleared up. We have not had a problem scenes. Do this every time you think about it and will start to heal very quickly.

The manufacturer of Dawn advises against the use of Dawn for bathing dogs/cats. It has toxic ingredients. It does not kill flea eggs either. Any non toxic soap and water will kill fleas.

My dogs that would chew themselves to bloodiness in the HOT and Humid SC Summers till I worked this into their coats every week and it really WORKS. I do not wash my dogs but once a season, 4 times a year and I now mist totally with water-massage this product into the coat every week and they are like totally different dogs. Warren London's "Guava&Mangosteen Hydrating Butter" (Leave in conditioner) Both dogs are Pit mixes and their skin is clear and healthy and the hair is super soft. I still am amazed at this product- Amazon so if it fails, and all my friends now use it as well, you can send it back for full refund. (I have no fleas or ticks from lawn treatments.) Wish I had this for my Rottweilers. But this is a leave in conditioner, so every week use adds more and more moisture to the skin and coat, and it absorbs into the skin, so it is a non-oily treatment. Pretty amazing stuff. One Gallon ($59) is not even half used in 6 months with these two dogs weekly when you wet the coat down first, one is a Pit-Akita Male and the other is a Pit-Schnauzer Male, long hair and undercoat so a smooth coat dog would make this product last a really long time.

Raul: This is a very informative video, your knowledge has made complete sense in it. I've dealt with dogs for most of my life and the way you have spoken in this Alpha video is really eye-opening. I knew a lot of what you spoke of but there are many things that I've learned from you. You probably hear this quite a lot but I'm truly impressed. Most of all the areas where I have been short-coming with my dogs are now being dealt with in a much better manner due to your training as the Alpha. Great work Raul, especially I have a Catahoula intact male, who has tried in many ways to be the boss. Boy is he in for a surprise now!!!! He doesn't like to be in the # 2 spot but oh well that's life. hahaha!!!!!!

OMG!! I've been using the white vinegar/Dawn dish detergent for a while now, but didn't realize I wasn't using enough of it until I watched this video. Two questions: How long do I let my Trixie stay immersed in the Chlorhexidine solution? It looked like your dogs soaked for about 5-7 minutes. Secondly, where can I get the Chlorhexidine solution in such a large quantity? My poor Trixie suffers terribly with hot spots in the summer in her hind legs & fold on her belly. I feel so badly for her, but I didn't know what to do about it except to keep applying Aloe Vera Gel to keep the inflammation down. But it didn't really alleviate the source of her hot spots. Thank you so much - this is the most informative video I've ever seen on how to care for my baby - she's been my companion for almost 4 years now and I want to do everything I can for her to alleviate her hot spot situation.

She started seeing my boy when he was a puppy and advised me to not feed him any chicken, beef, turkey, corn, wheat, soy byproducts at all. Salmon based only. This how I learned about this breed and their allergies. My baby will be 7 soon and just had a check-up most can't believe he's the age he is. He has not grey haired yet, nothing. He's doing well. Go to Walgreens and get a product named hibiclens. It is chlorhexidine solution at 4% and dilute it 50/50 with distilled water. Wash your dog in this solution only and watch how fast he clears up. Hibiclens is great for humans too. Cuts and burns heal twice as fast if you wash them with hibiclens.

White vinegar will lighten your dogs hair if you don't want your dogs hair lighten use apple cider vinegar I use all natural AVC with water I bath in a good dog shampoo for itchy skin I rise well then make a gallon of water with about a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Apple Cider Vinger mixed in the water pour the mixture over the dog rub into the skin and do not rise leave on the dog and dry as normal. This works great for my dog skin issues the AVC is antibacterial and antifungal so it treats bacteria infections and fungel like yeast infection. AVC does help with flea problems but the AVC doesn't really kill the fleas they just don't like the smell and Maybe the taste. The Dawn dish soap is what's killing the fleas in this vinger.
Note: if your dealing with a hard to treat skin problems mix a little AVC and water into a spray bottle then use on the dog in-between baths just spray a little on the dog making sure it's getting down to the skin then towel dry your done. Dogs with thick coats will take more to get into the skin my dog is a Pomeranian with thick undercoat she gets yeast infections easy so I do the AVC water spray bottles often to keep things under control normal summers are when he skin is at its worse....

Even after eliminating wheat and grains she still had probs.
I looked into what salmon and venison were fed(kibble we fed her)
And they are fed kibble which has wheat in!🤔
I have been using the vinegar mix for everything indoors too! Cleaning Nd stain removal for washing. Floors, windows, difficult to remove build up in the kitchen and washing up. Oven cleaning.
      Deodoriser indoors, car washing.
Removes bath scum without washing. Just spray, leave for a few mins and rinse!
Oh and it goes rid of athlete's foot in us and sore paws in dogs!
