Great information, thank you for showing this, I have the rollers off my little PC09-1 Komatsu, very similar setup and I'm in the process of replacing bearings. Something guy at the bearing shop said was, to put the seals in backwards with the open side, with the spring on, facing outwards, that will help prevent ingress of dirt because the seal closes tighter when pressed from that side. He also mentioned to pop the seals out on one side of the bearing, fill them completely with grease, then press the bearing seal back in place. The bearings come prefilled at 30% capacity to enable full rated RPM from the factory, they can have more at slower RPM. I did see in a bearing book, the slower the bearing turns the more grease you put in, so this may help them last even longer.
I hope that the major parts of the rollers on my Kubota KX61-2 are still in good condition. If I only have to change the bearings and seals, I will be very happy. Thank you for documenting this repair in this video, it will be very useful to me.
Thank you for your time doing that helpful video! If I ever need to do those jobs on my Yanmar SV08, it will help me a lot. On my yanmar, there is some SAE 30 oil needed inside the track rollers and grease on the seals. I wonder why this is not needed on your kubota, because they are very similar.
Hi! I really liked your video, the same job is waiting for me in the front. Did you give the dimensions of the bearings and oil seals in the comments above, are they correct, have they remained unchanged?
Hi I didn't post the dimensions, and don't remember😏 They have hold up great, are time for new bearings now after 1000 hours again so I'm happy with the lifespan of those.
I have the same problem i live in dk, what size bearings and rings fid you order ? Do you have a recomended dealer for kubota in scandinavia i also need all new bushings pins for the arm :( What bearing size did you use for the front wheel ?
Thanks. Yes the rollers on my Yanmar dumper has grease zerks and I just greased them up, changed bearings only in one ore two if I remember right. But then they don't sell new I guess, I don't see to many change bearings most change the whole roller.

It's too bad that you have to use music during the sped up parts instead of using video editing software (like iMovie) that lets you speed up the video and keep the audio at its original pitch, just really fast.
Thanks for the feedback 😀 I often use time-lapse and then I don't get audio, and the reason why is becaus I also like to listen to music in the garage and then I don't get any copyright claims with no audio. But I will keep it in mind👍

I always wondered why they aren’t greaseable?? Seems like they should have grease fittings on them and the tension roller..
I really like your videos.

Hello! Is this the data for the Kubota u10-3 mini excavator?
Thanks for the video, where did you buy the bearings from? I’m struggling to find them
Hi, I ordered them from ebay 😊👍
Mini Machines thanks for the reply il have a look 👍
Since you have the machine off the ground, why don't you just push the tension roller farther in with the bucket and save your hands.
Easier almost to just use a rod, and doesn't hurt the track in any ways as the tooth might would...
Hi mate, can you do favor, this link what is belowe the video is not working "Seals i used" is not working, its any chance to write it? tkanks
Hi the seals are 25x47x7 of you search for that you will find a lot on eBay, avd than choose some that have the best shipping for you 😊
