Interesting video. You don’t get to see procedures like that very often. Thanks for recording that for us Davin. Hope your holding up and healing brother. God speed! 🙏🏻
@@idigit4967Ahhh so you use upscaling software. Always nice to see someone being professional enough to try to give his audience the best quality possible with the given equipment.
My "friend" has a couple of Bobcats. He managed to throw one of the tracks off so I helped him put it back on. Wish I had seen this video before because we spent a couple hours doing it. Well, I'm pretty sure he'll eventually pull the same "trick" again so this is good to know.
You didn't show the hole or tear in the track n i didn't see much difference in the drive gear .just wondering why the change.i just had my track come off n no one around when ya need help but a good steel bar n the bucket i got it by myself.what a job.n wondering what size that finish or ditch bucket is you had on there.
When presented with an unknown torque spec like that I tighten it until it squeaks. I can that gutentight 😂 Oh also (from several years as an automotive service tech) I despise reusing hex head bolts. Those things strip the hex shape out way to easy then they are a pain to get out.
Cleaning that with your hand like that could get you a serious cut from the edge of the drive motor flange 😮 having gloves would be safer next time 🤙🏼💯

A while back, you did a video of a project before you got started you told about the gentleman you were working for selling tripods for Go Pros. For some reason I can't seem to find that video. Could you please send me contact information, as I'm looking for a good tripod. Thanks so much! I hope all is going well!
That was kind of my thought. I think you were speaking to the drive sprocket. That's one of those things you want to replace in pairs. If one is worn out the other one usually follows shortly.

Do an Internet search there all over the place. Never count on one source.
Good video brother and it shows the joys of being an owner/operator. Good to see you doing good
We learned something every day! Thank you for sharing.
Nice video 🇺🇲. Hope you are doing well.
Always interesting to watch how these tracks are changed and maintenance done.
You guys have the clearest videos on TH-cam.
Hello from Siesta Key Florida
Yeah. He's recording at 2160p. It's really the new standard. Many still recording at 720 or 1080.
I record everything in 1080 at 6o fps but I have the editing program export the video in 4k. That's why it looks so clear.

Oops! 😬 Looks like a little dent in the tailgate, right side near the taillight.
Thanks for sharing this one, Davin.
And another just left of the Ford emblem, but hey that's what work trucks are for. It's called a battle scar.
Thank you for showing us what it takes to change out a track and sprocket.
nice job always good to have some help
Really cool look behind the scenes of what you do!
Great video! Thank you for all the great content you provide.
Enjoyed the video, thanks for sharing..

Yep new shoes to take care of those snakes.
Good little video 😎😎😎👍👍👍
You make it look easy.
Well I did have some good help LOL
Interesting!
Is there anything to prevent you from installing it backwards?
Great video thanks
Baby needed some new shoes 😂 😎✌🏻
What was the torque spec out of curiosity. Thanks, I’ve learned quite a bit about using an excavator to mulch from your channel.
Today I learn how to replace a track😊

I was wondering the same... but that was a working shop.
Davin showed the holes in the track on a previous video.

Very interesting. That track did not look light at all.

Yep. Tailgate is bent.

Oooopppsss!!! Lol!!
These are Henry Ford shoes. Any colour as long as it is black....!
That tailgate definitely bent. More like crushed
How heavy are those tracks?
Davin stated that the shipping slip showed 640 lbs.

You are correct, that was a mistake on my part. I was very lucky.

Why didn't you do both sides?
If it ain't broke don't fix it lol 👍🏻
My guess... cost. Not passenger tires.
The other track wasn't broke, its fine and only has about 500 hours on it. It has alot of life left

Must be expensive
Nice to see they let you help! Here in NY, things are so litigious that you aren’t even allowed inside a shop.

MUY MAL TRABAJO‼️😡
That's why techs hate customers hovering over them. This is a perfect example. All for the sake of a damn video.
