I didn't have the foggiest idea how to make sure I was doing it right. I found your video and I just did it in steps. I did what you did. I have yet to turn it on, but it's put together. I would have missed a couple of steps had it not been for your video, such as the metal thing that tightens the hose to the thing that pokes down. Thank you so much for posting this!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a retired nurse, I know how to fix IV pumps with a kitchen knife but I didn't have the foggiest idea how to do this. You saved my day! AND!!!! I broke NOTHING in the process. Totally cool!

Thank you for this video. I got one of these dish washers and was feeling very apprehensive about setting it up and running it, but now I am excited to try it . Your video helped me know what to hook up and how to do it. I read the directions in the book first, but I was still not clear about the hook ups. So I searched for youtube videos to learn how to set it up it. What did we do before youtube?!
Love the video, I have mine by the sink and instead of using the container to fill it up every time I just use the sink nozzle. I put it over the screen where you fill up the water and turn on the water gently until I hear the chime. PS do not use liquid dish soap . You must use dishwasher detergent
We went that route, too!!...using the pull out faucet to fill it is so convenient. I like that it keeps the water so hot, and has the dry feature....although, I usually stop that, to save electricity.
@@ifellicantgetup I used a small amount of dawn and it foamed WAY up. If that happens, just pause it and scoop the foam out. We use cascade complete, powder. No issues...cleans very well on eco setting.
Thank you. Powder, for sure. There is a small square recessed spot in the door to put it. And we like cascade...the cheaper stuff tends to clump, or the packaging is garbage. Good luck...and have a good one!
Thank you for the unboxing. How much was it from Walmart? And do you think it will last or do you think paying separate insurance is a good idea? Despite the warranty. I have read some reviews people saying seller don't respond so wanted to stay on the safe side if it broke down.
Thanks for watching! Walmart has it listed at $305 US. Right now...I don't recall if it was a bit more or less when we bought ours. We haven't had any issues with ours and didn't buy an additional warranty. I personally accept the risk and essentially self-insure, but some may want the added insurance...up to you. I have not dealt with their customer service. Good luck with your decision!

The manual says "fault, Heating"...so maybe something wrong with the heating system. I'm not sure. Try cleaning it out real well and resetting. Beyond that, the manual says to "contact our service man". 1-877-276-7195 is the number I found for DGI service online. Good luck. Let us know your experience with customer service!

Yes...top and bottom spray arms...and yes, still happy with it. No issues....I actually did another video on it...more a true review. Thanks for the view and comment!
If men would just read the directions they would know that the basket is for fruit. And definitely don't use any detergent only that made for dish washers lol 😆

Mine does too! Fortunately, mine stays put (pinned between sink side and a drying rack that we keep in that side of the sink). I suppose you could put a small dab of adhesive on the suction cup if you don't plan on moving it...or you could use something else to hold it in position.
I think you should have read a little of the manual before making the video. The outside of the box says that the water in it was in fact from a test and to run a load without dishes first

After a year, it does NOT light up nor does it heat the water hot enough! Do you know how to reset the FIRMWARE or is this a product that people love at first & then learn to hate as time passes?
I sure hope it's not a consistent problem! Sorry to hear your plight! I'm not aware of an update that could be run. Please share with us if you've checked with customer service...or if they back up the product (warranty length, etc).

Are the outside lights supposed to stay on after everything is done? Mine stay on. 7:33
The blue inside light should turn off after a bit. No outside lights that I'm aware of other than the control panel readout.
