Very good video! I agree that Conshohocken is a very desirable town. I just wanted to point out that the school district is called Colonial, not Plymouth Whitemarsh. PW is the name of the high school. I'm a local Realtor too, now in Norristown, but I started out in Conshy in 2004, and boy, it sure has changed a lot!

Excellent Presentation. I too live in Conshohocken and have lived here for 27 years and even though there is so much more to offer today, I believe it has become too crowded as far as office buildings and HIgh Rise Apartment / Condo buildings. Hopefully they are working on the Sewer Treatment situation. And, is this becoming a 30- 45 year olds neighborhood? In other words do you believe that 55-60 + age group has moved from the town? Please let me know your thougths. thank you.

I don't believe that the 55-60+ group has moved out from the town. I think the younger age groups may have grown at a higher rate over the past 5 or so years but there's still a good mix of all age groups. Do you feel differently?

Once they raised enough money to put lids on the sewer treatment tanks, sure. But for literally decades you would get sewer odor wafting over the entire town. Made it very unpleasant to sit outside at a restaurant and smell rotten eggs

There's no sewage smell unless you are in the direct vecinity of the treatment plant.

@@ulysses6325 For decades they didn't have lids on the tanks, that was my point. It was disgusting, and the odor would blow up the hill. The lids they finally put on are relatively recent infrastructure improvement relative to the history of Conshohocken.
