      Hi @rishidharkasam7308 The market is quite competitive these days. There is a need to have at least 3-4 years of work experience. Otherwise your application will not be shortlisted.

    That's what I find the most embarrassing in all these CV formats and styles! If you're a good engineer, software developer or any other field requiring hard-core technical skills and training - and at the end of the day, if you get a call or not, is decided by a bunch of HR social sciences graduates, having no clue how this world works, yet checking your CV for style and format, and if you used the proper grammar and if you stand out of the crowd! That's one of the reasons Germany has such a huge shortage of highly skilled professionals - getting caught up in all this BS bureaucracy makes it highly unattractive and people just prefer going to other countries. In my opinion, CVs should be directly checked by some specialized technical people, and not these literature and art graduates, having no technical background whatsoever. With every year, and generation, getting a f*ucking job becomes like sending a rocket into outer space!

      Hi Reaz, we're only working with experienced tech & IT professionals. Whether or not your CV for your university application needs to be in English or German depends on the program you're applying for.

    The video content is excellent. I have a quick question. I have 15 years of experience as a computer science teacher and SDET experience since 2021. Is it necessary to include my computer science background on my CV?

      Hi @evawoods4525 You have to remove irrelevant info. Put only relevant information in terms of the position you apply for. Check requirements and indicate only those points that they are looking for.

    Can you please tell me what about the profile picture in CV? I should put it in resume or not for finding jobs in Europe. Because I head that putting picture is not ATS friendly thing but in European CV picture is necessary. Can you please help me with this with your guidance?

      Hi @noelnakka1056 We generally work with IT professionals who have at least 3 years of work experience. You may find general points for your CV in this video. Once you follow all the steps, your CV will look structured.

      Hi @ellasm If you apply for English-speaking positions and you speak English, your CV should be in English. If you speak German and apply for German-speaking positions, your CV will be in German.

    I have about 1.5 years of experience as a data analyst. But I see that if I want to join your program I should at least have 3 years of experience. Is this a compulsory or it can be flexible?

      Hi Abhishek, the 3 years are generally a must-have for us. If you count freelance and university projects you can get back to us when you have 2.5 years. We can then pick things up from there.
