Big fan of sciroccos this is an amazing example.I owned a MK2 1800 GT in arctic white for while and loved it until the fuel lines rotted out and all the seals blew in the gearbox at about 150k miles. Unfortunately it had to be scrapped at the time. But i stripped it for all the parts i could which i still have stored in my garage incase i ever find a new project to fix up. If i win the Lotto on saturday i`ll be buying this one ;).
Believe it or not theres lots of these for sale in the uk all comd in the same condition as this one beautiful car but not quiet as rare as u think !!! 👍🏽

I have a 1979 LTD Edition Canadian Car all original paint no winters un-restored mint 80,000 km trip - Hwy miles. Recaro bolster on driver side worn but other that that mint. Think it beats this car although this is a GTI with a better engine.
