  • Standing reach protocol 1.
    We first increase our range through the stretch. Once we’ve found our range we strengthen and further lengthen.
    Soon you’ll find greater access to a higher standing reach.
    Perform 2 - 3x per week.
    If sore stretch and strengthen.

    Yo TS, how does your bicep feel?
    I tore mine in the upper area between the chest and bicep so it's the tendon under the arm basically.
    Friends put on heavy weights that were really too heavy for everyone. I lifted it several times before hearing a pop.
    I can exercise and do about 70%. Just some stuff I cannot do.
    In order to do so, I will need the surgery. I dont know what the trade off will be though. Any issues? Scarring? Numbness? Other pain?

    Hows ur recovery from the distal bicep surgery i heard alot saying if you can live without the surgery its better not do it
