    I am a huge fan of this style of eating. My goal was to eat more whole foods and less processed foods and it turned into this! I love fruits and veg! My best tip that has been so helpful for me is to plate up your veg first when making your meals. I do at least half my plate in a variety of veg! Then I add a small amount of starch if I made any and the proteins. I'm always full and getting all those nutrients! The best! Frozen mango has been a game changer for sweet cravings too! I love frozen fruit, it's such a treat.

      Definitely going to try the soup on the blog, sounds so yummy! Zukes are my fave.
