MK9 Noob costume will always hit for me personally. That game did such a good job with all of the OG characters. It's tough to look back at one character that they did a poor job designing in that game.

Honestly in the new MK1 Noob's shadow (or Saibot if you wanna call him that) looks a lot better than Noob himself. The mask is identical to his Deception one and he has a more classic ninja outfit. Also I hate that his powers are now green. We already have a million characters with green powers: Reptile, Ermac, Johnny Cage, Shang Tsung, Shao Kahn, I could go on. Making Noob's powers green makes him stand out a lot less

Hard disagree on the Deception default Noob, I actually really like seeing him with human skin for a change!!! Scorpion's a wraith too and he has human skin, why not Noob? My favorite Noob Saibot skin is probably the Batman Who Laughs though, but it becomes perfect if you give that skin the hooded mask. I don't care for the bat helmet.
The constant comparisons to a pirate hat are getting a bit irritating. MK1 Noob’s design takes inspiration from Kuroko, which are stagehands used in Japanese theatre.
Who will become new sub zero after bi han is Noob saibot?. Im guessing Hanzo Hasashi or Other lin kuei warriors like hydro or something to become new sub zero.
MK11 has to be the lamest Noob design tbh Mk9 and MK1 are great but why no purple on the shadows why is green? As far as the Hat it looks like a buddwin or chinese hat Ive seen once its usually held under a head wrap like how Noob's mask is closer to bandages then it is a mask
I do love his Visual History Series, but we’re not copying it. I started ranking costumes back in 2022, and he started rating designs in 2023. Also, this is a ranking of costumes, not a rating with scores.
I see why these guys don’t work at NRS 12:34 They’re Pretty much obsessed with noob being = to the grim reaper in design when his appearance has NEVER Been relative to that
Thanks for sharing. I think this one looks fine, it’s at the part where I think these look good. Just due to MK11 removing features to make costumes stand out, it doesn’t pop as much as the other reaper ones.

Maybe my taste is a little different from everyone, but my favourite Noob skin is the MK11 default design ( with the Scorpion like hood)
Just as a correction, the wrong helmet was used for the time lord. There was a matching helmet with the costume!
We're ranking the actual skin itself, not including the gear pieces. But thanks for pointing it out for anyone who doesn't know!
