Nice driving! I will take my Alfa Giulia Ti there now that I found out about this place! Wanted to see how she does on a track since I bought it! Only down side is the car is on run flat tires, might be disappointing.
If it's your first time on the track, I recommend taking a driving school first. There are also other tracks you can look into such as Mosport, Shannonville, and Grand Bend. The Gulia is a fantastic car and I wish I had one!
Thanks! I'm using a phone app called RaceChrono but there's also Harry's Lap Timer as an alternative. You'll need the app plus an OBDII reader to pull data from your car (i.e. rpms).
Android phone + Race Chrono app + Bluetooth OBD2 reader The app itself records the data from the phone and OBD2 then overlays them onto the video recorded from the phone's camera. The Race Chrono app can also connect to external GPS (more accurate than the phone) or external action cams like GoPro. You can also look into other options such as Harry's Lap Timer, Race Render, and Garmin Catalyst.
Hold back to let the tires cool down? Where's the fun in that!? (just joking) I was on factory-sized tires (215 wide) with very little camber so it was easy to overheat the tires. I've since increased the negative camber and tire width so hopefully it'll be better now.
Phenomenal lap man, great job!
Thanks! 🙏
Last time I went the track was damp but I hope the track is dry this time around. You drive so well!!
Thanks! Always trying to improve!
Cayuga is a really good track for light low powered cars. Heavy cars like my g37 struggle on the tight twisty corners but nice laps man

Is it really necessary going to a driving school to take my car to a track? Seems too much @@kouki.zc6
What are you using for this hud? Is it an app? Love the driving man, youre really talented

The last turn is best taken with a single late apex imo. That wall is always intimidating though. Great laps
Thanks for the tip. I'll give it a try next time.
I agree that the wall is intimidating but spectators seem to like it. 😆 instagram.com/p/CSS4G0onILJ/
Looking good! Looks like that Z06 needed another 100hp to get away from you :P
Haha thanks! They might also benefit from a PADA class. 😜
@@kouki.zc6 Lol. You should be throwing PADA business cards at them as you pass them!
Complete control of the vehicle..!!
Thanks. I just need to look at shaving off more time now!
Easiest way to get better lap times is to not be behind a slow corvette!
I agree. Follow the fast Corvette.
Tires definitely give that extra drivers confidence in the corners
Good tires are very important
thanks for the footage. Learn alot in your video
What device gives you all the heads up display for your video ?
Android phone + Race Chrono app + Bluetooth OBD2 reader

Let's try turn off the TC and it will much faster than that.😝
But traction control is off 🤔
Someplace push too hard, so the tire is too hot. Maybe try push one lap and slow down a little bit for a lap. Tire too hot is very dangerous.

@@kouki.zc6 Wow it is very nice try!!! U did a very good job, mate!
is this the new gen BRZ or last gen?
It's the prior gen BRZ. Check out this more recent vid with a faster lap time: th-cam.com/video/l6icBYIfDmo/w-d-xo.html
What a lame track, if you look at the UK their tracks are so much better aesthetically
I somewhat agree. I don't like this track much either but you drive what you got!
@@kouki.zc6 is there a better track anywhere else?
@@pd5041 There is Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (aka "Mosport") but it's significantly more expensive and less open lapping days available.
