I am a daily guy all the way! I mainly wear contacts for special occasions or when going swimming so it's rare enough that it's definitely not cost-effective to get monthly. I find wearing even daily contacts makes my eyes tired, let alone the thicker monthly ones, so I prefer to stick with glasses for regular use.

Just bought daily’s as I’m planning a vacation that’ll involve snorkeling. Haven’t worn contacts in years as I found it a hassle to clean and maintain stuff. The daily’s should definitely get rid of most of the cons I personally had with wearing lenses, but I’m still gonna use my glasses for majority of days, and the daily’s for special occasions.
I found your video very helpful and highly informative. New subscriber from Maldives 🇲🇻

Hi Dra. Pricilla, thanks for this very informative video. I bought my 1-yr contact lens last May 2022, still good to my eyes, it has 300 grade, not frequently using it, just when im only playing basketball like 3-4x a week. Do you think its okay for me?

    • @EyesExplained

@Eyes Explained Do you prefer glasses over CL’s ? I think another topic can be glasses vs contacts .
For myself I will pick dailies since it’s easier to take care of , less protein build up but I cannot wear it for long since it acts like a sponge and bothers my oil glands causes my eyes to be very dry .

As long as you are wearing the contacts that were prescribed to you, you properly wash your hands and disinfect them, and never sleep in them. You'll be just fine. Enjoy your contacts, friend.
