    Are e-ink displays better for your eyes?

      That is a good question. E-ink displays give more comfortable viewing and can reduce eye strain. 🙂

      @@EyesExplained Cool thanks. What are your thoughts on blue blocking glasses? When I wear them, it seems to lessen the headaches/nausea I feel when looking at screens and my phone. An optometrist at Specsavers said there was no evidence for blue blocking glasses, however I feel a difference when I wear them. Is it placebo, or is there evidence for it? Does artificial blue light mess with our eyes?

      Hi there, no I live in Australia. Like America, we have a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) course. 🙂

      Yes there are restrictions with the title. You can only call yourself a doctor if you are therapeutically endorsed.
