    Good Video man, very helpful! I just got on the slopes again after 2 years off and when im out there now i can feel all the pressure welling up in my knees and theyre very sore afterwards. I have gained 30 pounds since the last time i went so im thinking that might have something to do with it, but im really trying to work on those muscles you mentioned so thanks! Keep the vids coming

      Hey! So happy to hear your return to the slopes. How are your knees feeling 1 month later?

    wow this was a well timed video. My knees (specifically the lower bone in the knee) has been killing me when I get into deep squats and hold there. This year I started skateboarding a lot more so I'd imagine all the jumping is damaging my knees. I went snowboarding for the 1st time this season the other day and my knees were killing me after. Thanks for the tips! Will definitely be doing everything

      Whats up Brandon!? Careful with the language you use regarding your knees! Your knees are robust and are there to handle ANY force you place upon them. Give these exercises a try, work on your body mechanics with your squats and add in some stretching. Thank you for the support and keep the questions coming!

    Super useful info, thank you! My knees hurt a little tiny bit when I walk up the stairs so I think I might have chondromalacia? I have been treating it with knee braces while snowboarding, and doing yoga that focuses on joint health. I hope I am on a right path.

      Hey hey! It is hard to say whether or not you have chondromalacia without proper imaging. The best thing you can do is to added strengthening/ flexibility/ mobility to your lower extremities and go from there (Which you are doing). Have you noticed a difference?

    Hi the video skips at 3:57, Thanks for all the info nonetheless. It is something I am struggling with from snowboarding and still 6 months later. I am in physical therapy now and we are mostly working on the hips and core strengthening with breathing. I hope to find some relief soon.

    Thanks for the video man 🤟 I'm a snowboarder too. I'm starting to feel pain on my knee, I'm not sure if it is ACL or LCL because it hurts on the side. I don't feel pain when I extend my legs but when I change directions. If I extend totally my knee I hear a "pop" or if I'm going downstairs I get this feeling that my ligaments are moving sideways and it hurts a bit too(best way to explain lol) I'm almost taking the rest of the season off and do a scan to make sure everything is ok. Have you seen something that relates to this ? Thanks again 🤜🤛

    What about pain on the external side part of the knee?

    • @MobilityDuo
      @MobilityDuo  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1
