Idk about the rest, but the San Antonio spurs require an audio file submitted way in advance to confirm that it will be acceptable national anthem performance. They can even scrap you last minute if they feel it will not be up to par right before performance time. It’s possible that “stars” are treated differently and someone was too scared to scrap her at this event. Still made for a great viral video though lol
