I think in her case its both. She is not a good singer, far from it. But you can clearly see how wasted she looks. This is how someone with an alcohol problem looks like when they are really really wasted. Not just drunk. I mean, she can barely stand straight. Let alone sing straight, lol.

But I have been to many concerts with totally drunk and wasted singers, and they have have all preformed, maybe not perfect, but not like that for sure 😅 their singing skills haven't been affected like what we hear with her.
