Greetings Oombawka! Thank you so much for this EXCELLENT tutorial!!! I have been looking (literally years) for the perfect blanket pattern for me. I work full time, so it takes me FOREVER to finish projects. This pattern is excellent for a lovely texture and an advanced finish. I have been wanting to make snuggle couch blankets for all of my children and grandchildren (11) for a long time (years). I now have my motivated "CroJo" and yarn at the ready! Woo Whoo! 🧶🤩 Thank you again! You made my decade! Sincerely, MeMe

I absolutely loved this! How many balls of yarn did you use? I Just wished I could have seen your finished blanket at the end of your video. Bummer 😫

+That is a very beautiful pattern, which I'm sitting down to do right now, but I'm confused about the first row. You used the back top stitch to make your stitches then when you made your second row you used both top stitches together. Does that mean I need to alter from the back top stitch then the next row both top stitches?

Hi :) no. Just the foundation row uses the back loop. The rest of the project is under both loops :)

What are the dimensions of finished lap blanket? Chain of 142 stitches

39″ wide by 29″ long with the edging
Before the edging the blanket measures approximately 37 inches wide X 27 inches long if you match the same gauge as I did

I'd like to print up the directions but 22 pages is too much. Is there a more succinct version?

If you are printing from my website tap the printer button in the post. It opens printfriendly and you can click to remove images, text and change the size of you font. You can remove anything you don't need/want before you print it. Hope this helps!

Be sure and tell people that you worked in the back loop of your chain.
