I made this today for my parent's New Year's party, and let me say, it was *amazing*. Everyone loved it and it was a complete hit, the flavours go perfectly together, and the layers were smooth and creamy! I added almond extract and a bit of orange extract to the cake, a bit of mango extract to the baked cheesecake in addition to the puree to make it more mango-y, and I put mango chunks in the unbaked cheesecake layer. For the mango puree, I just blended up a mango and sieved it, and for the crumbs on the cake I used graham cracker crumbs since I didn't have enough cake crumbs. Another amazing recipe from this channel :D

When the second layer of cheesecake was baked, the baking paper was only 2-3 cm above the mold, but when the third layer of RARE CHEESECAKE was pour into the mold, the baking paper became more higher than the mold, do I need to change the baking paper again or is it something else?
How do you get the parchment paper up higher before putting the third batter in? Are you just inserting it on top of the existing paper? It seems like it comes off in one piece so I’m confused.
