The extended mag for that gun is worth every penny. 9:45 👍🏻 I love mine.
Very cool, I'm glad I came across your chanel. I'm starting my very first 15x26 custom pole barn style cottage and noting how to install a drip edge was one of my concerns.
Your instructions are very helpful.
Lots of good info. Thank you!
Nail a gauge bloock on top of the truss on each end, let them stick out to whatever your overhang will be. Pull a masonry string line from gauge block to gauge block.
Yall are awesome! Swear imma have to drag yall over to Montana to build my stuff 🤣😋
We try to be :):)
You do amazing work!
Thank you, Debra 🙏
These video-series is the one I'd choose to build my 24x32 pole barn garage; anyone with basic construction experience and common sense can tell that this building is solid and well reinforced. A couple question tho. what is the spacing between posts and trusses? where are you guys located?
Thanks for posting this Coverage Contractors Team!!.
Sorry about the late response here. We are located in North Idaho. I have to confirm with Kieth but I believe the pole spacing is 8’
Thanks for sharing! The one thing I was wanting to see is the trim at the top of the side walls and how to keep out wind and rain?
I will suggest to Keith that he explains that in the next “how to vid” thanks for the question
@@KoverageContractors Thanks sounds good I'll keep an eye out for it!
Thought the horizontal boards were called "girts"? 🤷🏽♂️
Sides are girders. Roof is purlins.
@@Jefleopard No, tch632 was correct. The proper term is 'girt'.
hi. I was wondering what the snow load rating is on this style roof?
Is that a 2x12 at the top for the rafters to sit on. My other question is the poles notched for the 2x12 to sit on the poles.I like this build
What gives your open end any sheer strength? Where interior braces added after?
There is a wall on the back that gives it the needed sheer.
How far apart are the purlins?
2’ on center.
👍💪🙂COOL, TENK you.
How can I see part 1 of this project to build a pole barn
If you go to the playlist tab and select “how to build a pole barn” it should be there.
@koverage contractors There is no part one of how to build a pole barn in the playlist
Hi Ed. Sorry about that, it is in there now. Let me if you see it
I did not see one pole installed on this building I seen a lot of rectangular timber installed but no poles.so how can you call it a pole barn?
Thanks for your question. This is part 2 of the series. In part one we set the 6x6 laminated poles. Does that answer your question?
Доброго дня.
Дякую, за інформативне відео.
Яка модель та назва виробника вашого поясу для інструментів, та які ножниці по металу ви використовуєте для різки стальних листів ?
Заздалегідь, дякую!
Hello. 🎉 how thick are your metal veneers?
We use a 29ga metal for our roof and siding
29 caliber. How many millimeters is it?
@@LeninMAJI Google is your friend. 29 gauge is 0.286 mm.
What are Girts?
Wall girts are also what some term is purlins. Different terms for the same thing, just depends if you are on the east or west coast :)
The music makes it hard to hear what you're saying! why don't you use solid posts instead of three 2x 6's? Is it the cost or ?
Solid posts have a higher chance of warping/twisting than laminated posts. The individual layers of the laminated post counteract the potential warping/twisting of each other.
@@michaelg4931 thank you that makes sense!
how thick is roof?
The top cord of the trusses are 2x6. Is that the thickness you are referencing?
You must have great balance. I'm surprised that OSHA hasn't been up your azz for not being tied off...
