Caught a spark off the bandsaw blade @0:40. Pressure of blade moving against a guide or even a tooth or the start of a tooth’s offset catching it. Happens but neat seeing it captured in a frame.
I have a circle cutting jig that I use with other jigs attached to it to make various repeatable projects. Like pens with multiple layers of intersecting woods and other materials. Can get some quite complex designs with just a circle cutting jig and some additions.
Very useful. Thanks very much. I don't use it often, but I did make a circle cutting jig for my bandsaw. Works well for me as I lack the experience using a router for this.
I like the jig for milling barked timber, what do you think the max dimensions of the workpiece could be on a standard workshop bandsaw, could it mill 30 inch lengths?
Three first ones are totally OK. Fourth... hmmmm... I already tried to cut dovetails in bandsaw and it's not a good machine for this (especially cutting the inner fingers). Fifth is totally meh, very unstable.
I don’t know if it disturbs other people ,all I know is I am a little deaf and the music in the background drowns out your voice so much it’s annoying , it spoils your presentation . By the way , the jigs look great
Music very distracting but trying to watch the video. Looked like when you made the same curve on both sides at the end that they weren't exactly the same because you skipped over the part in the video where the blade was not cutting any wood on the flat surface.
Excellent video mike! Definitely gonna try that seat back jig
It makes it so safe. Thanks dude!
Not many bandsaw users on TH-cam set their top guides close to the work, thanks for showing how it's supposed to be done.
Keep it right

My bandsaws have ceramic guides and they spark regularly.
A simple but very useful set of jigs , that will make life much easier
Really helps!

Yeah that's going to get it's own video I think.
What am amazing set of simple jigs. Thanks for sharing 😀
Thanks for watching

I am actually working on doing a circle cutting jig comparing the router, table saw and bandsaw.
Great video , thanks Mike. That seat back jig is awesome. 👍
Man it works so good! Thanks for watching!
Great Jigs, I also have a circle cutting jig for my bandsaw.
Yes those are amazing!
Of all 5 of these I like the seat back jig the best. Well done mike.
Thanks man! It's a cool one for sure!
Just found your channel, very nice, glad I found you
Thanks for watching!
Looks like I’ve got some more jigs to make! Great video!
They're all fun and easy!
can you walk through how you made the bow tie jig? 9 deg off set.... i want to start using bowties
I'll try to do a video on that.
Grazie! Consigli e soluzioni preziose
You're welcome

Cant stop me
Awesome video Mike! Learned a lot
Thanks for watching my friend!
Well done sir, thank you.
Very welcome
Where did you find that massively tall fence?!
Cones with the Laguna bandsaws
Clever and simple in design jigs, well done! Now if I only had a bandsaw. Oh wait, first I need space for a bandsaw.
Gotta get those figured out first for sure!
Don't know if someone mentioned this, but your bandsaw sparked as you were cutting that first piece.
Yup! I have ceramic guides. Standard on the Laguna bandsaws. Happens all the time.
Nice jigs. Love the chair Back jig . Background music to loud.
Oh no
Interesting jigs
interesting comments
I use a jig to hold my phone while I watch TH-cam videos.
Is it the Woby jig?
@@CoffeyCustomBuilds No. It is a chunk of a 2x4 with a poorly cut dado. No finish.
"Jigs are great!"
They sure are
Was not a complaint , just a comment .
Okay

That's like, your opinion man
@@CoffeyCustomBuilds Sure it is! 🙂
The soundtrack as a background interferes with the vocals
can't edit it now
To solve the biggest problems with the least complicated solutions
That's the goal

You're the first to complain
youtube elevator music disturbs everyone.
as many videos in youtube
Lots of people make the same complaint on various channels.
Love the video, hate the music@@CoffeyCustomBuilds

Sorry
As all the information is via your voice, the background music just detracts and annoys.
Not all of it. There's a lot in the visual presentation.
