Having seen Mumford at the O2 a few years ago i can tell people it is a spiritual experience. The love and positivity that exudes from the audience is something i have never experienced at any other live gig.

These guys are so good. They're so so good. I've honestly come across VERY few such original and beautiful bands from this era of music. It's like they don't even belong here at this point of time. The 70s suit them better alongside with other pop greats like Simon and Garfunkel.

Stephanie Alice They could make an album with only a Kazoo and a triangle and it would probably sound good. It's not the instruments that make the band, it's the writing and the members that make it brilliant
Sarah Sirvin although I agree that the band in general is brilliant, I respectfully disagree that an album with only a triangle and kazoo "would probably sound good." The instruments they use play a major factor to their style, and therefore their brilliance.
For me it's Marcus' voice. That might be why as much as I enjoy their first two albums, I also love Wilder Mind. To me it still sounds just like the Mumford & Sons I know, just with some different instrumentation.
Stephanie Alice if you know music the way I do they know their insterments very well and they play them very aussum ill give them another 10!
+Stephanie Alice I agree...in today's "music" you don't see many artists and bands with this many various instruments...and that's what makes them incredible....they actually can play instruments and write great music....and do it with such enthusiasm...and in turn the audience is just as enthusiastic!!!
