Another brutal ride Rich. Great video and stunning scenery.
It was a top day out, but a tough one, not one for my Ebike.
Looks like a greta out-of -the-way route (just my cup of the) so thanks for sharing the idea
It's a great day out, the climb up Rosett Gill is tuff but can be avoid by missing the steak pass decent.
Thanks for the tip I'll amend the planned route@@mtbguides_Rich
@@mtbguides_Rich walked up Stake Pass today & glad I wasn’t on my bike, as you warned against. Mind you as a descent it looks great. Any recommendations how best to get to the col at the top to enjoy the ride back into Langdales?
@@neilbower123 probably easiest go up and back down from Langdale or a liner ride from Langstrath.
If you really want to ride it then probably best stick with plan A and do the 3 tarns ride, just take the man up pill for Rosset gill climb 😃.
@@mtbguides_Rich might give it a go after the ice has gone. Cheers for the tip Rich
Nice one Rich, you've captured most of the ride, good banter and a great day, I'd do it again!
Thanks, 4 passes for the next big hika bike😀
That place looks awesome
It's a great spot if you like rocky tec.

Fame at last!
I hope you're not going to be demanding royalty payments 😀
Rosett Gyll ..ewwwww my poor knees
It's a tuff one 😀
Be good if you put links in the description to the routes
I could put a strava link in the description but it's all pretty obvious on the map.
Did you enjoy the descent from stake pass? far better to hike a bike the ridge to Angle tarn, this is the best way imho as stake down is a bit Meh to then climb back up.
The bottom section was great but the top bit was a bit lumpy.
I don't think that the decent was worth the hika bike up Rossett Gill.
Going round the back of Rossett Pike is certainly the easiest way to Angle Tarn, I've gone straight up Langstrath in the past and it's pretty shit.

Nice trail but please no music 😂
The amazing free YT music is optional, just hit mute and you can watch in peace 😀
@@mtbguides_Richbut the sound of the wheels moving on the gravel and rocks is so much better. 🤪😀 you telling them to make sure they move the tents 🤘😂 I mean where do they think they are Kilimanjaro?
@@twowheels4689 impressed you managed to watch the full thing with out falling asleep.
@@mtbguides_Rich what’s not to like that’s some awesome Trail
